L’Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss 5-Minute Lamination

This treatment compliments the shampoo and conditioner well. It leaves hair feeling soft immediately after rinsing out and smells great! It is accompanied by a full set of hair treatments which combined add shine to hair.

Never used a product like this before, I was very apprehensive until I used it! Love this it adds another layer of treatment and protection to your hair routine it helps the hair come to life. Paired with the shampoo and conditioner from this L'Oreal Elive range will have you coming back for more and more it just keeps giving luxury treatments at home for a reasonable price you cant beat it!

The 3 step process of this line is not worth your time! This product made my hair feel dry and like plastic after use so much so I had to do a deep hair mask afterward to restore the moisture in my hair! The after shine serum is the biggest gimmic and is simply filled with shimmer powder to give the effect of shine not that your hair is actually shining from within. Don’t waste your time or money on this line.

I love the smell and feel of the 5 minute lamination but I don't think it's necessary to achieve beautiful smooth glossy hair. It adds a nice shine and overall feel that lasted till the next wash but the shampoo and conditioner within the range also helped to achieve these results. Overall I do recommend trying it but I wouldn't rush to buy again unlike the shampoo and conditioner.

I tested this product 5 times after shampooing and conditioning for 2 weeks and didn’t notice any changes at all. I also don’t like the fact you have to have it sit in your hair for 5 minutes. In the shower that wastes a lot of time/water. It is a nice colour and the packaging is pretty but I wouldn’t recommend it. No significant fragrance in my hair next day either.

I was so excited to receive this bundle and really wanted to love it, but it just isn't for my hair type (bleach blonde/dry/damaged). I have seen some great reviews, but this product seems more effective on darker pigments. The laminate was my favourite of the bunch, this did what I wanted the conditioner to do, it relaxed my hair and detangled. The price at $30 RRP seems quite high. Whist this is a step above 'supermarket haircare', I personally would buy a salon treatment with moisture. Moisture = shine with my hair type. I currently have tape extensions in my hair as well, so I was able to test these products on two different hair types. Pic of my hair after using the whole set, airdried. Second pic is after I blew it out. It looks good, but I can get more shine and moisture from other salon products for a similar price. I would probably recommend people buy this if they wanted to try the range, and skip the other items, this has the highest glycolic %.

As part of the L’Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss set, the 5-Minute Lamination treatment is impressive. It’s quick and easy to use, leaving my hair incredibly glossy and smooth in just five minutes. The lamination effect gives my hair a healthy, salon-like shine. It’s a great addition to the hair care routine for a quick, noticeable boost in hair appearance.

This left my hair feeling great afterwards but I was not a fan of waiting 5 minutes it did make my hair care routine long The smell was good like the first 2 but unsure the 5 minutes was worth it

Hair feels incredibly soft and glossy after using the lamination. While 5 mins is a long time to wait in the shower it is most certainly worth it for the feel at the end. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

When used with part of the glycolic gloss range, it did leave my hair smoother both immediately after and for several days afterwards. I love the scent (sweet perfume) but I find the application a bit tedious as you have to wash your hair first, dry it slightly then leave this in for 5 minutes before rinsing it out again - I can see myself not bothering to do this if I'm tired / rushing.

Wow! I was so impressed by this product. When paired with the shampoo and conditioner my hair was left silky smooth and super shiny. As someone with bleached, wavy, frizzy hair this treatment has left my hair silky and held straight for 3 days. Also hasn’t left my hair greasy at all. Will definitely be adding to my regular routine.

It was super easy to use and my hair has a nice glimmer to it in the light.

The laminating gloss is a surprisingly great addition to my hair care routine. Prior to using my hair was feeling dull, after the first use I could see a clear difference , my hair felt smoother, looked shinier and felt hydrated.

This product smelled fantastic but I'm not really sure it did anything for my hair. It also left a slimy film on the bottom of the shower which was hard to clean. I wouldn't recommend this product, just stick to a good hair mask instead.

Highly recommend to every woman! This left my hair looking fabulous!
