A great fun set
The canal bot was a great build. Lots of different elements that made and still make playing an enjoyable experience. The use of festoon lighting was great. The different vegetables were interesting and made for a lot of stories we could make. We love this set!!

So much fun!
It was given to my 6 year old girl. We built the Lego set with her and she really enjoyed it. I found It helped to develop the ability for her to follow the instructions from manual, fine motor skills, creativity, patients, and teamwork especially when we built/play together. She loved building it and plays with the final products and had fun with hours of entertainment and fun !

LEGO Friends Canal Houseboat
My daughter loves to build LEGO with her brother and was absolutely delighted when she received her LEGO Friends Canal Houseboat.They have spent hours upon hours building their retro style houseboat with so many features including growing food for their community, on deck is a garden with vegetable and fruit boxes which they can then sell their goods at a seperate jetty, an apple tree and a hangout area decorated with fairy lights. This set comes four mini dolls, a animal toy & a bicycle.The deck can be removed to reveal a kitchen with a cupcake making area, sleeping area, wood-burning stove, gaming station, solar panels and a bathroom. A fun way for kids and parents alike is that this set comes with digital building guide available on the LEGO app which would inspire the kids and free up the parents time reading traditional instruction manuals. A great birthday present or gift to any girl or boy it is guaranteed to provide them with hours of creative & imaginative play.

Amazing
My little one (7y) was able to assemble the boat almost by herself, she needed a little help with two small things. The instructions are easy to understand and child-friendly. My daughter is more than enthusiastic about all the details. Their absolute highlights include e.g. the mini game console and the loft bed, as well as the mini cutlery that is on board. The fact that the boat can be opened easily so that the interior can be played with is simply a great solution. Overall, the boat has been equipped with so many detailed details and accessories that make children's hearts beat faster. I will definitely buy this for a gift for her friends as well. Worth of money.

Amazing set. My daughter played for days
My daughter was instantly drawn to this colourful set and loved how she had some characters in this. She took 2’days to build it on her own. She enjoyed playing it with her friends and her parents enjoyed role playing with her too. It definitely inspired her creativity and imagination. She loved it so much that I bought 2 more big sets for her.

Better then expected
I had my reservation about Lego Friends, as a afol (adult fan of Lego) I have always avoided Lego Friends... Until now! The build was fun and easy to follow, my 7 year old helped out with the build and was also able to follow instructions. The boat is colourful with amazing accessories. My 7 year old and myself played with it for a long time after building. The details kept my child focused and never got bored. Lego Friends characters are probably the only let down of the set. I prefer the normal Lego people. Apart from that the quality and details definitely feel high and screams Lego. Would I market Lego Friends to just girls? Absolutely not I think it should be marketed as all inclusive, adults included.

Girls loved it
The girls loved building the houseboat and were extremely pleased with themselves when completed. It took all day to build and majority of building completed by my 9 year old. The 4 year old couldn't concentrate for that long to build it. She kept walking away and coming back half hour later. It was great to see my daughter read and follow instructions without any parental input. They were both happy to show for their building skills to everyone and has loved playing with it.

Lego Friends Canal Houseboat for the win
My daughter and I absolutely loved the Lego Friends Canal boat play set. The intricate details on the figurines, down to the very lifelike props such lights,food items and flowers. We love the curves of the houseboat instead of the traditional squareness of Lego structures and were amazed at the size of the finished product.We had an a lot of fun building and exploring the Lego Friends Canal Houseboat and I have no doubt that it will be rebuilt again and again for many years to come. Very impressive and look forward to many more Lego Friends creations

I enjoyed building and assisting my daughter in making this set. It provided us with great quality time together as it took a few hours to build and I enjoyed watching my daughter understand the steps and get straight to building.

Thumbs up to another exceptional set
The Lego Friends Canal Houseboat set was colourful, cool and had such detail that both my daughters were excited when the box arrived. It was in an instantly recognisable Lego Friends box and the girls wanted to immediately build the set. My daughter loved details like how there was a set up to bake a cake. They also loved how the boat interior opened up for further imaginative play. One criticism of the set was that the garden pots do not attach to the Lego plate and move about in the boat. My daughters were disappointed that she could not fix this to the base plate and it rattled when they moved it. Overall an exciting build and one that adds to the growing Lego Friends sets.

Lego Friends Houseboat
Just looking at the box I knew it was going to be a big job for my daughters. They were extremely excited to give this a go. The instructions book is great, like how the packs are numbered. They had so much fun trying to put this together. I would purchase more sets like this as gifts for them.

Hours of fun!
We really enjoyed sitting down as a family building this houseboat. Working together, understanding instructions and laughing along the way. Some sections my 7 and 8yr old found confusing, but with some guidance they figured out where they were going wrong and were able to rectify it. Once completed, it’s provided hours of fun, and a few personalisations!

Fun, creative and social skill enhancer
I absolutely loved the Lego Friends set. It is so wonderful and creative set. My husband too jumped into making the set. He says this is a stress buster and reminds him of his childhood. My girl and the my husband totally loved it, collaborated, discussed and got creative. They had a lot of fun building the set. I think these LEGO Friends encourages social skills, following instructions, using creativity and teamwork within kids. Absolute winner. Weekend well passed.

Great product
Great instructions, comes with spare pieces which is always great! My daughter (8) had a great time putting this together with parental help. It does take quite a while to put together so do be prepared for several hours work! It has seperate bags with pieces so you can work on sections one at a time without getting confused with all pieces out which is so handy. I definitely recommend this as a great gift!

Go with the Flow
This set is amazing and my daughter loved playing with it with me and with her brothers when it was complete. As much as this is marketed as a girls set, my 9 year old son thought it was great too and is now saving for his own set. The only downside was that a few pieces were missing from one of the packs. I think it was pack #4 from memory. These pieces didn’t affect the end product and it was still functional without them but this was still frustrating.
