LEGO® DUPLO® Recycling Truck 10987

The set is very well put together with no free or small parts that can be swallowed. My son loved the fact that the dump truck tilted and he could tip things out. He also enjoyed matching the colours and putting them in the associated bin. It enabled lots of creative play. The set was very straight forward to put together too and there was so much joy as he pulled all of the parts out the box.

My little one absolutely loved this Lego set. It kept her occupied for a really long time and she loved figuring out how the truck went together and building. Really fun and interactive.

We were thrilled to have the opportunity to play with the LEGO® DUPLO® Recycling Truck. My daughter had a blast with each of the individual parts, like driving the truck, opening/closing the trash cans and putting things in them, and taking care of the lady driver. My daughter also enjoyed playing with them all together, and I liked that the instruction manual provides pictures for a story to develop and discuss related to the recycling truck set. I really appreciated the LEGO® DUPLO® Recycling Truck provides opportunities to have some great play conversations around cleaning/picking up after ourselves, the importance of recycling and looking after our environment, and that women can pursue any career. The toys were easy to put together, take apart, and clean. We also really enjoyed adding the recycling truck to our other Duplo toys, which has created a wealth of story and play options. I look forward to playing with my daughter with the recycling truck set for many years.

My 4 year old loved it. Size is perfect for tiny little hands to hold. The instructions were little bit confusing specially for little ones. Otherwise very good for gross motor development and to play.

My little one was very excited to open his Lego. The truck was an easy build for a 2 year old. It allowed them to try different possibilities before getting it right. The bin trucks with matching coloured tiles were fun but maybe a lifter for the bins to go in the bin truck would make it even more fun. The dog was a big hit and putting the dog in different places build their Lego truck. Much fun was had pushing the truck around making brum noises.

The Recycling Truck playset is a fantastic Lego Duplo product, consistent with the quality of Lego Duplo. My 3YO son was mostly able to put this together himself, with some prompting from me. He took to the little bins straightaway, as well as the dump tray of the truck. The product also allowed me to start having some excellent conversations with him about recycling. Including how we paper, plastic and glass can all be broken down and used again to make new products to reduce the amount that ends up in landfill. This is an excellent toy that seems like JUST a toy to a kid, but that also provides excellent learning opportunities as well. A win for child and parent!

We loved reviving this and playing with it in general as we live the trusted brand and open ended play duplicate provides. We were ready to play with the instructions which were clear and precise however had a few flaws at the same time such as the dog shown in the picture doesn’t fit in the garbage truck and my daughter kept trying to make that happen as that’s what she’s sees.

The duplo recycling playset is excellent fun and we found the kids really enjoyed putting the rubbish in the bins and emptying the bins into the truck. I would rather if the packaging was recycling friendly - some of the items were packaged in a plastic bag which seemed unnecessary.

A wonderful set that encourages multiple modes of play, both individually & with others. The brightly coloured parts are inviting & captivating. The well made parts are the perfect size for little hands, the basic but easy to follow instructions ensure there is minimal downtime before it’s time to play

My daughter enjoys playing with the set. I think it's natural for boys or girls. At two and a half years old I don't think she gets the consept of recycling but it's good Colour matching and good small motor skills of putting the bins on and off and opening the lids. The dog it cute and adds extra play. She likes sweeping with the boom too.

Easy to put together and as great first Lego set for the little ones. Not too many pieces so I’d happily take away with us from home.

My 2yo son loves the duplo recycling truck. He enjoyed playing with the truck and putting items in the 3 bins. The duplo was easy to put together and was engaging for my toddler to assist in the build.

We had a wonderful time playing with the new Lego recycling playset. It was easy to put together. It helped us teach our little one about recycling in a fun and interactive way. The bright colours definitely helped with this.

This is a great set for starting the conversation about sorting and recycling. Could have the bin colours correspond to our bins (red, yellow and green) to help with their understanding.
