LEGO® DUPLO® Organic Market

Both my children loved this set, they both wanted to help put it all together and asked questions about the different fruit it was a great activity that both were able to enjoy which is a great win for me

Overall nice and engaging activity, however my 2 years old wasn’t sure how to put pieces together to maker market. With bit of help and direction she was able to put two pieces together. She described and identified colors and fruit/veggies names which was fun to hear.

Honestly great so many ways for the little ones to use their imaginations and the size of the Lego is great as they’re big enough for the kids to use and build easily no choking hazards and easy to clean and good quality

My 4.5 and 2 year old thoroughly enjoyed playing with the organic market. They worked as a team to set it up, my oldest is able to follow the instructions independently where my 2 year old was able to point out and understand the market and its vegetables and fruit. I highly recommend this product to 1.5-5 year olds

This is a very great first duplicate play set, the blocks are very easy to put together and the little ones loved the market play. Great for their imaginations. It was played with by kids from 9 months - 6 years

Unfortunately my two children (20mth and 3yo) were both bored with this playset. We made it up together, but lost their attention soon after. There's nothing much to it, apart from fruit sitting on a board. Perhaps a good start might be a person and a shop so they can pretend play. To put it politely, they got more fun playing with the box, and smashing the creation down.

LEGO is our family's all time favourite. Lego is known for its durability and its safe for kids. I love that this time my daughter got this organic market set to try. It keeps her engage for hours. She loves to play with the balancing one. This set encourages her to pretend play like a vegetable seller. It helps to develop her fine motor skills. Love that each piece of food wears a different expressions and my daughter tries to copy that. This is the perfect gift for toddlers.

My kids loved playing with this set. They loved taking it apart and building new things. They also loved balancing things on the curved piece. The size was great for their little hands, and I didn't have to worry about choking hazards. The colours were also very engaging.

We both loved exploring the contents of the playset. The instructions were easy for my little one to work out how to assemble the market and fruit pieces together, but we talked through it all as well. We each took it in turns to be the shopper and shop keeper in some fun play. The colours are wonderful, there are no sharp areas on the pieces, nothing small, so comfortably appropriate for smaller hands.

This duplo set is very cute and fun for the little ones. I love that it comes with a little “eco” shopping bag and block coins so the children can purchase and shop just like they see mum and dad do. With all duplo, it can be mixed and matched with other sets allowing children to make the game bigger. Instructions are picture based using arrows, making it easy to understand.

Bright, bold and big blocks which made it easy to play and build for two small kids. What a fantastic idea - shopping and building with Lego is the perfect combination, especially for my kids. The kit was also big enough for 2 kids to share!

We enjoyed playing with the Lego Duplo Organic Market. My toddler wasn’t so keen on following the instructions on building the market as per se, but enjoyed exploring the different types of bricks and colours. Once I helped him to build the Organic Market, he enjoyed reassembling the pieces to make his own creation.

My toddler loved the lemon, the watermelon and the apple and his favourite part was putting the fruits in the shopping bag. However a radish was an uninteresting vegetable for him and he doesn’t understand the concept of money and buying the fruits or using a scale. It would have been easier to use and more interesting if there were characters such as a farmer or shop owner as he loves to play with the people and get them to do things. Also vehicles would have been useful like a little trolley to link the shopping concept. The shopfront was nice and easy to build however the scale was more used as a see saw by my toddler than a weigher. I wouldn’t pay the price for this especially without figurines or vehicles and perhaps this needed to be aimed at an older age group.

This product surpassed my expectation. The parts are big enough that toddlers or children dont swallow when they put it in their mouth. It is also very entertaining for inquisitive minds. It has the perfect texture for grasping and biting, all things children do.

Pros: My daughter loves shopping theme games so instant win there! The fruit and vegies are cute, love the bright colours and cute shopping bag. The moving heads and faces led to my daughter characterising pieces. Having healthy foods/organic theme leads to positive conversations. my daughter loves to incorporate it with her other toys such as her register, so feels like she’s getting more use rather than just using it by itself. Cons: When I think Organic I do think about recyclable materials and packaging so would great to see that in future with this type of concept. I would be willing to spend the suggested price on something that I knew was made from more environmentally friendly materials. As we don’t have turnips as a main everyday vegie it became the least popular, we had to Google images of turnips vs radishes to figure out what it was. A carrot would have been instantly recognisable. It bugs me (more than it should)that the strawberry is huge and the watermelon is small…
