Hours of fun
I was very surprised when I first opened up the package, how big the Lego set was. My stepson was very excited to start building it, he didn't know which one to do first. It gave him hours of enjoyment just building one section, it was very intricate and detailed. He hasn't built anymore of it yet but is very much looking forward to when he can. This is an awesome lego set and I would highly recommend it.

My son was so excited when we received this and we loved building this Lego Set together! It took awhile to put it together, but we got there in the end. I don’t know who loved it more - me or my son!

Gargantuan Queer Moving Castle and tower
Madievel castle is set of ultimate challenge Lego collection. It has excellent variety of unique shapes and bright colour pieces. Lego has added great team building, patience, courage and enthusiasm in my 9 year old son. It has been perfect challenge for him at right time when he started assuming that he can conquer any lego piece. My son totally enjoyed building these castle and tower. Colour contrast and unique pieces have encouraged him to keep going. Step by step guidance has been self explanatory for him. He sure got connected to build these legos. In fact, not only he got his family involved but he invited his friends to play over. They all build Lego using timeframe competition! It was so so much fun watching them playing, screaming, shouting and cheering eachother. lego has been family activity for us,my 6 year old as well as we as parents equally enjoyed it. I recommend this lego for 9-14 years age kids/teens.

WOWWW! This is so fun to build
I loved the castle itself - it was really interesting for the kids to play with and build, not your average lego set. YES! It was challenging but they enjoyed it. I have a 5 and 13 year old and I got them to collaborate and it was lovely to see them both finding pieces and helping each other. They loved seeing it grow and played with it as it was being built! Yes I actually have some medieval lego from my childhood, a bit of a castle and some knights and they have played with that before, so it was awesome to have something even more grand and exciting on the same theme. I would definitely recommend this set! Well worth the money, it's great value at 1000+ pieces and so much fun and intricate little areas to play and aspects, so there are many imaginative games that can be played.

Plenty of fun for my teen and I
This set is brilliant. My 15yo son and I spent a few days building it together, taking it page by page and really enjoyed ourselves. Larger Lego send to bring the family together to share the fun. My son and I aren't really into fantasy Lego but we found this one especially entertaining. It's like it took us back to when we were small children again and role played when the Dragon was created. We made the main castle together and would recommend this set for all ages.

Escape from screen time
This Lego set is great to keep the kids occupied. If we don’t remind them that it’s dinner time or bedtime, they would still be building the castle until they finish. My 10 year old son took at least a good 5 hours in all to complete one set. Once completed, the little one who is 4 enjoyed to roleplay with the castle and the people inside. I think even though it’s recommended 9+ years, younger kids still get to have fun with the completed set

Family fun
The Lego Medieval Castle set was a massive hit with not just my 9 yo son but also my husband, they couldn’t wait to get into building. The Lego instructions were easy enough for my son to follow by himself, or with myself and dad. We all loved the quirky characters in the castle and all of the hidden extras like the candle and the little frog. My personal favourite is the chickens, my son was all about the dragon and I keep hearing him ‘roar’! I definitely would recommend this to anyone with kids as it’s a great family activity.

My 11 and 6 year old sons and I build this set together. It was such a great family activity. The kids both really enjoyed building this LEGO set. My 11 year old build the LEGO, my 6 year old found the pieces and I read the instructions. Both children loved the castle be built and are so proud of themselves for doing it on their own. I would recommend this set to any family as its a really great activity to do all together.

Great fun for both kids and adults
I loved how easy to follow the instructions were for this set, kept them engaged for a long time. Amazing that it is a 3 in 1 so once they build and play for a while they can pull it apart and create a totally different scene. The kids had so much fun building and have been playing with it all week, lots of imaginative play happening as well. I would definitely recommend this set to others

Great Lego set for hours of fun
This was such a nice Lego set for my son to build and play with. He loved the imaginative play aspect, spending more time than usual to really get involved in the imagination aspect of the Lego. The build was just the right stage level for him, not too easy, although he did need my help for a few aspects. The build book is nicely laid out, which helped a lot! This is a great set for any child who is into medieval/castles/dragons/soldiers. I believe this is a unisex set, which boys and girls alike would love.

Intricate detailed lego project
This lego set is no ordinary lego set. It comes with a choice of 3 constructions to make. Choosing which construction to make takes careful consideration but comes with the added bonus of being able to unbuild and build one of the other options later. My child loved choosing which option to start building and commented on how amazing it is that a few bags of building blocks can be turned into such an amazing castle. Throughout the building process, my son talked about medieval topics that he had seen on TV and in movies and explained to me what things were for and how they were used and how he would have loved to have lived back then and experience it all first hand. The booklet was a little vague at times which I'm guessing is due to the recommended age of 9+, it was more like playing spot the difference to work out where things went sometimes. This is a very big project so lots of time and patience is needed for all involved but it is fun and uses problem solving skills to constuct.
