Thick however not a fan of the smell.
The wipes were thick which I loved. The smell was very minimal and honestly I'm not a fan of it. I prefer something a little more fresh and clean while this smell is a little more like an adult moisturiser. I also found the wipes to leave my skin not very moisturised and instead felt dry. It didn't seem to affect my babies bottom.

very gentle on skin and no rushes
Very gentle and lovely on baby skin. They never cause a rash like other wipes have. They are very wet so you don’t need very many to get the job done.

Huggies wipes expensive
Took me a little while to find at the shops compared to the other wipes. The wipes were ok much like other wipes I’ve tried. I noticed they were more expensive then other wipes and wouldn’t be sure I would pay the price they were compared to other types

Great sensitive wipes
I only purchase huggies wipes for my baby and was looking forward to trialing a different wipe from huggies. I love the softness and thickness of the wipes and that they don’t break when you are pulling them out of the packet as there is nothing worse than the wipe breaking in half in the middle of nappy change. My family have a lot of skin disorders including eczema so I love the fact that the wipes were sensitive on my baby’s skin and didn’t leave a rash. I would definitely purchase these and stock up on them again when they are on special or if they become available in a bulk pack like the other huggies wipes as I feel that $6 a packet is a little expensive for wipes.

Great Wipes
They didn't cause any irritations on my child's sensitive skin and cleaned the area thoroughly. Nice and thick just like the other Huggies Fragrance free wipes we usually use.

Thick and effective with six ingredients
The Huggies Ultimate 99% Water Wipes had the same thickness and size as regular Huggies fragrance free wipes which are much more efficient at cleaning the skin than other thin baby wipes. Although they are 99% water I found they had a smell of that reminded me of moisturiser, although this was not an ingredient, and the packet was quite upfront about the fact that they contained five other ingredients. The purpose of those ingredients was listed but if you were looking to avoid all additives then these were not truly water wipes. On the other hand I felt much better knowing that these wipes did not have any grapefruit seed extract that other wipes that are majority water had.

Not as great as I thought it would be
I love that Huggies have come up with a water based wipe, I was super excited to try it as I use the “water wipes” currently. I was impressed with the thickness of the wipe and it’s strength, however I felt it wasn’t as wet as the wipes I currently use. I felt that although it is slightly cheaper, i used more of it in comparison. It also still wasn’t as pure as I’d like, it still had a list of ingredients. Yes it’s a great step in the right direction and I’d buy it if “water wipes” wasn’t available, however It wouldn’t be my first choice

Great for Babies

Quality wipes, gentle on skin
I found these baby wipes to be ultra soft and gentle on my babies skin. However, the baby wipes I usually buy are less than half the price and don’t rip apart as easily. Huggies wipes are a good premium quality product if you can afford it.

Squeeky Clean Bum
My active 2 year old daughter is very hyper and sometimes her nappy could not be changed on time but with the huggies ultimate 99% water it takes away the nastiness that the urine have and cleanses her thoroughly.
