Yoshi one Happy Dog
Yoshi has some weight and this was perfect for me. Helikes both the wet and dry foods and ate the dry food with gusto which is not normal for him. I have tried Hill's with my other dogs but did not like the dry food so never tried again. I will be.looking into this as Yoshi lost 2kg which was an added bonus.

Great product
I have a 13 year old cattle cross who loved this food. Seemingly had more energy and kept his health under control well. Will continue using this and absolutely recommend it.

Prescription dog food for mobility
I used this - both dry and wet dog food - half and half with his regular brand. After a week I definitely noticed that hw (11 years old) was running around alor moew! He is clearly more comfortable moving and running, while eating this food!

Not the Right Fit for My Picky Eater
I had the opportunity to try Hill’s canned dog food as part of a test group and was excited to see if my Labradoodle would enjoy it. Unfortunately, she refused to eat it, even after several attempts on different nights. The food looked appealing and seemed to have a good nutritional profile, but it didn’t suit her taste. While it didn’t work for my dog, it may still be worth trying for others, as every dog has different preferences.

Good for tinned food
Im not usually a fan of tinned food, as soft food isnt great for their teeth, but found this to be well suited with the dry food. It was easy on my 10yo dogs belly, and has helped in keeping him lean. The only down side is the quantity he needs to consume each day.

Good Food, but too expensive long term
So I started this dog food for my rottweiler girl as she was overweight and had hip problems. She loved both the wet and dry, but was definitely a bigger fan of the cans. One of the things I noticed is the paste like consistency. It doesn't have big chunks. Doggie loved it for that I think, as she hates big pallets or big crunchy food if it isn't a bone. Yes, I might have a weird dog. To the taste, cant tell you more. I wasn't going to try it. I guess some people do, but that's just not me. I would say all in all, the food really helped start her diet journey. But the testing size wasn't appropriate for her daily intake and I wasn't able to do the full 8 weeks as requested.

The dog enjoyed it, I did not.
The Hills Prescription Diet Metabolic Weight canned dog food was enjoyed by my dog as a topper to his kibble, I was unable to use it as a full meal as having a large dog I would have required a massive portion to get the correct serving size. While my dog thought this foods was a treat the smell wasn't great and it looked so processed in the can and was quite slimy, often having some sort of film on it when I opened the can. It was ok but it wouldn't be my go to.

Hill's are always superior to other pet foods. You know it is a quality product , the minute you open the tin or food bag. No improvements is nessesary , my dogs love it.

HIlls prescription diet for dogs
My dog would not have a bar of the meat componant of this test. I tried grdually incorporating it into her usual diet for about 7 days. She would not touch it :( So its very hard to rate this product.

Diet dog food
Unfortunately my dog Lexi did not like this wet food. I tried it by itself, with some dry food and mixed with meat. Lexi has arthritis in her left hind leg and also can't use her left front leg. I was hoping it would help her lose weight. Maybe add more flavour or smell as it wasn't a strong smell coming from it.

Dogs love it!
Our dog is usually very fussy with wet food and he really loved this product, he is a large breed so we used this to supplement his kibble and vegetables we feed him. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to provide their pet with a healthy option.

Brilliant food
This food works brilliantly. My 12 year old blue heeler has lost 6kg, has increased mobility and her joint discomfort is reduced. Brilliant product that we will continue to feed her.
