It's ok
I wanted to love this product and I wanted it to be the product that finally made a difference to my hair and scalp but unfortunately it wasn't. Overall the product has the potential and could be great for others, it has a nice smell and leaves the hair feeling fresh, it just didn't make too much of a difference to my dandruff.

Flake free but dry
Was a lovely scent and not too strong. Worked well to remove clear flakes and minimise itchiness however, made my hair extremely dry.

Better than I expected
My test product was lost in the post, but it was found in another town at their post office so I was finally able to test it! I wasn’t sure about it at first because I had never liked 2 in 1’s previously, but I was pleasantly surprised. I really liked using it and it made my hair feel so soft and my hair definitely had more shine. The only fault I found was the scent just wasn’t as strong as I’d like, but other than that I really liked it and would definitely recommend and would buy it when I run out.

Not the best, Not the worst
This 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner didn’t really work for me. It didn’t leave my hair soft enough to brush on its own, I found myself needing to use a detangle spray. The 2 in 1 also left my hair feeling quite dry on my scalp but, it did give my hair a great shine. Unfortunately with it leaving my scalp so dry it made my dandruff worse.

Good stuff
It leaves my hair smooth and shiny, doesn't feel heavy at all,i love that it's 2 in 1 and you don’t have to use conditioner.

Really liked this shampoo and conditioner. Lovely scent felt like it did a deep clean of my scalp no dryness or itchiness afterwards left my hair feeling soft and shiny. Would repurchase. Great for the whole family

Really impressed! Great results
I was surprisingly impressed after using Head & Shoulders Apple Fresh 2in1 Shampoo + Conditioner. I noticed results after one wash and continually my scalp felt fresher with less noticeable with each wash. My scalp no longer felt dry/irritated and it had a lovely scent. Very happy overall and highly recommend to others who experience mild to moderate dandruff

It works!
I liked this product! It definitely cleared up my dandruff, just took a little longer than I expected. It didn’t leave my hair feeling dry either which was a bonus. I would absolutely recommend this product!

Silky and Smooth!
Any uncertainty about whether an all in one shampoo and conditioner could work effectively was quickly removed as I was amazed at how soft and silky and smooth my hair felt!! The smell is lovely and you don’t need to apply a large amount which is great! The dryness of my scalp I believe has improved in the short period of time I’ve used it too. Very happy to be given the chance to test this great product!

Silky smooth
Glad head&shoulders do a shampoo with conditioner. I always struggled with conditioner that would make my hair greasy afterward. Helps to keep my dandruff under controls while having silky hairs in 1 bottle! Will by again

Good.
It was ok. It did give me an increase of dandruff but my hair was very smooth after washing my hair. I like the packaging but I wish you wouldn't have to use as much product to get the end results.

Mediocre shampoo, mediocre conditioner
Average performance as both a shampoo and conditioner. Hair did not feel particularly clean or degreased like how you would expect after shampooing. Did not soften or detangle like a good conditioner should. Maybe if you were in a pinch and needed a fairly standard product that could function as both, then would be for you. Would be relatively quick to wash hair.

Smells and feel greats, good for travel
Have been using head and shoulders for decades, and it has always been effective for controlling my dandruff. I used it for travelling as it combines both, and the fragrance was lovely. Will need to use it for longer-term to properly evaluate its effectiveness.

Head and Shoulder smooth and silky
After using Head and Shoulders Smooth and Silky a few times, my hair became soft and smooth. I also love its scent—it's not too overpowering, just pleasant to smell. However, my hair looks even better when blow-dried. It also improves significantly when straightened with an iron, making it smooth and easy to style. Though my hair is not completely flake-free, I don't think it effectively helps my dandruff very well.
