Retail price is too high
I believe the retail price is unjustifiably too high, compared to similar products from other brands. This is definitely the result of a bad marketing strategy. After all, this product does not cure dandruff once for all. At most, it only helps relief the itch--your mileage may vary--just for the first few days after every wash. The marketing team should reconsider its retail price strategy.

I liked that the conditioner helped make my hair feel soft and silky.I feel it is too soon to comment on how well it works on providing relief from itchy scalp. I feel that the fragrance is a bit too over powering

A small amount of shampoo provides a foamy and cleansing effect when the shampoo is used. Both shampoo and conditioner does not leave my scalp too dry after hair wash, which reduces itchy scalp and therefore reduces the amount of dandruff flakes post hair wash.

Great anti-dandruff option
The conditioner is a great option for a supermarket conditioner with the added bonus of itchy scalp care. It’s not the best for colour treated hair, as it doesn’t moisturise the hair as deeply as required. The fresh eucalyptus smell is delicious, combined with Head & Shoulders Itchy Scale care shampoo my scalp feels soothed and calm for longer than any other anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner on the market.
