Menthol for the win
I used this shampoo for a couple of weeks and found that it significantly reduced my dandruff. I was pleasantly surprised by the menthol! It left my scalp and my whole face feeling cool and refreshed. While it left my hair silky smooth it was really flat. Overall I was very pleased with the results and would use it again.

Very light fragrance that does not take your breath away. Foams up very nicely and cleans hair amazingly. Does tingle your scalp, does not hurt but would be wary of using on sensitive skin or children

Effective but only if wash hair daily
It removed visible flakes from my scalp, which i noticed after i showered. However, I shower every 2-3 days and my scalp is itchy and flaky again on the 2nd day.

Clean and Fresh
I was pleasantly surprised after using the Head & Shoulders shampoo. not only cleared my dandruff, my hair now feels clean and fresh and the cool menthol fragrance is not too strong but quite refreshing, leaving my hair a lot smoother. I am very happy with this product that I have recommended it to family and friends. I will definitely purchase this product again.

Cooling head relief
I have a massive dandruff problem which Head and Shoulders is beginning to clear up. The Menthol fragrance instantly relieves the itch and cools my scalp. Love using in summer when I am hot and sweaty. I use as a body wash too because the Menthol feels so good!

Bang for your buck!

Fresh, cooling, effective
This is a very effective shampoo. I used to have trouble with my scalp flaking after using normal shampoo, but I haven't had any dandruff at all after 3 washes. The scent is pleasant, and lingers in my hair long after most conventional shampoo scents fade; I've had a couple of compliments from family and friends as well. The menthol scent also helps calm me down; after a hot day, lathering up the shampoo makes my whole head feel cooler, and helps ease tension headaches. The shampoo foams up quickly and clears grease from the hair effectively, and is easily rinsed without leaving residue behind (either in the hair or on the shower floor and tiles). I have already recommended it to my family as an excellent summertime shampoo (the cool menthol feels great this Australian Christmas season!) and as a must-have cleanser. I'm curious if there is a conditioner to match it, and would certainly purchase it to make a proper set.

Just a little bit
I've only used it twice, so possibly too early to give a full opinion. It has a lovely, gentle menthol fragrance - I was worried it would be too much but it's definitely not. A little goes a long way! I only need half the amount compared to my regular shampoo and it foams up a lot more. I've still had bits of dandruff, so that's a bit disappointing but I'm definitely going to keep going to see if it improves over time.

Lovely to use
I loved the consistency of this shampoo. It is wonderfully thick and really works up a good lather that lets you know you're getting a good clean. The menthol left a cool tingling feeling which was pleasant. I noticed a marked improvement in my scalp and a lessening of dandruff

Is ok
Having terrible dandruff I found that this shampoo alone is not sufficient enough to keep my dandruff under control. On the plus side it leaves my hair feeling clean and smells pleasant.

Extremely Effective
Loved this product! As a mild dandruff sufferer , this product , on the first use , had my hair dandruff, and with multiple uses it kept it away. The menthol in it is amazingly fresh and cool feeling. It has a pleasant scent and a great lather. Great product, great price and highly effective.
