Worked well
I used the product for the first time and the cooling sensation took some time to get used to. After a few washes I can say that the product worked well to remove my dandruff and I was happy with the smell, feel and shine of my hair.

I've been using head and shoulders for years until my wife stopped me cause of the ingredients ,it wasn't good for my skin ,But now with the new ingredients I'm back on the head and shoulders . Fantastic

Nice Smell
I like the Head and Shoulders range in general - this was no different. The smell is peppermint (menthol) like so it gives the impression it is super clean however I used it over a 2 week period and did not notice reduction in dandruff - I still felt like I had a dry scalp. It didn't help with reduced dandruff but it did make my hair feel and smell clean.

Cleaner hair but dryer
I like the mild and fresh scent of the shampoo, and it cleaned the hair ok but left my hair too dry that I had to use another conditioner.

Cool Menthol 2 in 1
was pleasantly surprised at how good the 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner was. Left hair feeling very clean and silky smooth. I wasnt sure abou the scent 'cool mint' either but it was quite subtly and very refreshing - it wasn't too much at all.

Delicious smell and soft hair
This had an amazing smell that left a slight scent on your hair and made my hair softer and feeling stronger. The shampoo had a slight shimmer and felt great going on. Removed most my dandruff and didn’t leave my scalp feeling dry after.

Nice smell so good, the hair shine e soft! I Recommend nice, I love so much, I give 5 starts! Product very nice rich in smell! Now I’ll buy all the time for my family! Very cheap too. Brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. I’ve been using head & shoulders for a while now for my dandruff with great success but HEAD & SHOULDERS COOL MENTHOL is next level. My head feels great, refreshed, shiny & super clean after using this. Highly recommended with 5 plus stars

Clean hair and scalp
Head & Shoulders make great anti dandruff products. This one was quick and easy to use as it was a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. My hair felt clean and smooth. The cool menthol however was strong and I could feel it on my scalp as I have sensitive skin. It did work well as an anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner.

Soothing shampoo

Okay product
Personally, I found that this combination shampoo and conditioner cleaned the hair well. However I did not enjoy the smell and did not leave my hair as shiny as I would have liked.
