Healthier option, but not as tasty
Definitely great the brand has made a healthier alternative, but in terms of taste, there is definitely a big difference. This whole meal option seems to be much more dry and doesn’t have the same yummy flavour of the original crumpets we all know and love. I only put butter on my crumpets, so maybe with extra toppings you may not be able to taste the difference

Scrumptious crumpets
Doesn’t toast as well as the white crumpet is healthier not as good for you as it seems but I rather eat that as more filling and better to opt for healthier versions when it comes to food golden crumpets are the only ones I ever had I don’t think I would buy any other brand

Great breakfast item
These crumpets are a good breakfast item when you’re on the go. Toasted with some butter and honey is the best combination. The taste is very similar to the white crumpets with a whole lot more benefits. My whole family enjoys these crumpets daily so I would recommend.

Tastes just like the normal one
This tastes just as good as the original one. Toast it, with a little bit of butter and honey makes for the best on the go breakfast. Highly recommend

Great crumpets, taste lovely and are not much different to the white grain crumpets.

Lovely crumpets
I love these crumpets. I love that they are wholemeal and perhaps I slather them too much in butter and honey to notice any dryness! I find you don't get much time after the expiry on the package, so be sure to use them up before then.

Light, airy and dry
Light, airy and a little bit dry. These crumpets offer a lighter alternative to carby breakfasts and go well with most condiments. The crumpet itself is a bit dry around the edges sometimes making the outer parts difficult to eat.

So delicious!
I actually prefer the wholemeal over the normal crumpets! I love the way these crumpets have the hard outside but soft, fluffy middle. There’s nothing better than a crumpet smothered in butter!

Toast it and eat it!
Love these crumpets being whole grain makes it that easier to go to! Add a bit of butter and drench it in honey! Ta da! Great snack or breakfast. Can’t ever go wrong. Definitely recommend

It needs a drink too
I got these to try because the supermarket was out of normal crumpets. It didn't matter how much butter I put on them they felt so dry when I tried to swallow them. For each bite I had to have a mouthful of drink to swallow them. Not nice at all

Even healthier version
These are such an easy and healthy breakfast all you have to do is toast them and spread your favourite jams, butter or honey and it’s ready the flavour is quite similar to the original and is healthier so it takes the edge I would highly recommend

Yummy crumpets
I love, love, love these crumpets. I like them extra toasted so the bottom and top is much crunchy and soft on the inside. My go too is butter and promite but there is so many options to have. I have even dipped these into a bowl of pumpkin soup, who would have thought.
