Better than expected
As this is a 'fruit drink' rather than 'fruit juice, I thought it might be too sweet and contain a lot of sugar or artificial sweeteners. It's actually not very sweet, although the percentage of fruit juice is only 25%. It contains water and sugar (the label doesn't say what percentage), but thankfully no artificial sweeteners and no preservatives such as sulphur dioxide, which can trigger asthma. I'd probably drink it again if pure fruit juice isn't available.

Refreshing and not too sweet
It was very refreshing drink, not too sweet and not too strong in flavours. Both the Apple and Blackcurrent blended well together. Next time I would try other flavours from the range.

Golden Circle Apple & Blackcurrant Drink
1. Easy to open lid for those with weak wrists. 2. Can taste Apple & a hint of blackcurrant. 3. Once refrigerated very refreshing & tasty. 4. I don’t think it needs anything to be done to the drink. 5. In summary, I liked drink & ease of opening the lid.

Classic juice flavour
I love this juice. Very refreshing to drink on a hot day. Both flavours of black currant and apple are nice and strong . The colder it is the better it is. I like the extra nutrition you get from the blackcurrants as opposed to apple juice on its own. Great for lunches.

Nice for kids or frozen drinks
Firstly thank you for this opportunity to taste and review this product. Easy to find in the juice aisle at Woolworth’s,only 1.34 so I got 3 with my voucher to pass around for different t tastes It’s 75% Australian fruit but it’s very watery and not a significant flavour of either apple or blackcurrant tho everyone said they can taste more blackcurrant. Kids liked it because it wasn’t sweet. I made a slushee by putting a cup of fruit drink,ice and some extra fresh blackberries in it and make a refreshing frozen drink. Everyone said it was ok but it’s a big carton to carry home and considering it’s mostly water wasn’t worth the purchase in future. I’d keep a few in the pantry just for slushees

Refreshing
I really enjoyed this juice. It had a crisp taste, perfect mix of apple & blackcurrant flavour. A very clear juice that was refreshing in taste. Not too sweet either. I loved how it's 73% Australian ingredients. Also the added vitamin C.

Golden circle fruit juice
A flavour combination that always compliments each other and golden circle of balanced this perfectly. Not too sweet and you can really taste the fruit. Whole family loved drinking this juice.

Not bad for what it is
This product seemed to lack depth of flavour. It tasted a bit weak, as in not enough blackcurrant flavour and too much apple. It wasn't really a refreshing drink. I prefer more concentrated juices. I definitely wouldn't buy this product.

Apple Blackcurrant fruit drink
I tested this drink on a warm spring day and found it to be delicious and thirst quenching. I did find it a little too sweet for my taste but was very nice otherwise. The apple taste does dominate but you can taste the blackcurrant as an undertone to the overall flavour. Overall, a very nice drink

A Favourite.
Love the combination of these two flavours. The sweetness of the blackcurrant compliments the tartness of the apple, making for a very nice drink. Served ice cold on a hot day is a family favorite of ours.

Apple Juice and Blackcurrent
i enjoyed the apple juice with blackcurrent. the sweetness was balanced and the light color looked tempting when poured into the glass. i enjoyed the juice when it w was chilled. The light flavour of the blackcurrent was not strong and the light aroma made it freshing. Will definitely try it again.
