Helps with sinusitis
I have terrible problems with my sinus. Also my family suffers with allergies bad. When we use this product on the regular, it really helps to lesson the symptoms.

Great for winter stuffiness
With winter around and lots of stuffy noses I use fess to clear my nose before going to bed. If I’ve been out in the wind or inside a busy shopping centre I give my nose a few squirts and then blow my nose and I feel it gives it a bit if a clean and certainly feels better.

Only thing better is an ocean swim
This product is a highly effective salt water rinse that works exceptionally well. It provides great relief by effectively clearing congestion and cleansing the sinuses. While nothing quite compares to the effectiveness of an ocean swim, FESS is a fantastic alternative for those who don't have access to the ocean or prefer a more convenient option during the cooler months.

Open your nasal passages
My nose was so blocked and I was constantly suffering sinusitis. I went to my doctor thinking I needed surgery, but this FESS spray was suggested. I noticed the improvement within days of using it morning and night. A bottle lasts at least 2-3 months. It is good value.

Household staple
We always have at least one Two of these in our home especially now with the cooler months. I have one for my child and the hubby on hand at all times. They are great when congested and help with my hayfever. House hold staple

Effective for hayfever
I have used the Fess nasal spray on and off for years. It effectively reduces the annoying effects of hay fever, including sneezing and an itchy nose/throat. I don't need to use antihistamines as often when I use the Fess spray frequently. It is a convenient size to have in your bag. I have used it when travelling to reduce my chance of picking up viral infections. I can't confirm if it was luck or the spray, but I have not picked up viral cold-like infections when using the spray every 2 hrs on a flight.

Good for Early Intervention
I find this product to be good for early intervention when at the start of a cold as it helps clear any mucus. It is easy to use, does not hurt or have a very strong scent when using so good for sensitive people. I do find it isn't as effective once you have a really bad cold but still a staple item at home for catching sickness early.

Very helpful
I have used it multiple times and it always helps me during flu season and cold. It is not too heavy and doesn't clog up the nose. Very mild smell and light. Easy application and storage.

Currently using this
I have been congested during my pregnancy and feel this product assisted along with a vaporiser has helped improve my sleep, very easy to use and works for short periods of time.

Works but only if you know how
If you’re unsure of how to spray or where to spray it then you’ll think it doesn’t work or not suited for you. Make sure you ask the doctor or pharmacist if you’re not sure but if you know how to use it then it works!

Improves congestion caused by allergies
I wasn’t overly impressed at first when using this product, but after saying as much to my doctor I realised I wasn’t using it right! I learned frequency and consistency were key. Since consistently using this spray multiple times a day I’ve noticed I can avoid serious congestion (as a result of allergies). It was far more effective when used as a preventative measure and has now become a part of my daily routine to stay on top of allergies.
