Healthy and Delicious
Delicious, a healthy snack. Great as an addition to a kale salad, throw in some blueberries, apple, kale and honey seeded mustard dressing for a super side salad. My Lo loves them!

Himalayan salt pumpkin seeds
The pumpkin seeds are sooo much better with the added salt. Often pumpkin seeds are a bit underwhelming but with the pink salt they are so much better. Great by the handful of scattered through salads or on top of soup or pasta- pretty much versatile enough to add to most meals.

Surprisingly Good
My nutritionist suggested I start eating pumpkin seeds and I will say I was hesitant. This was the first packet I bought and I actually LOVE it! It is only slightly salted and balances the seeds out perfectly. A good, healthy snack, especially when you're on the go.

Healthy Snack Idea
Pink salt on Pumpkin Seeds is a fantastic and healthy idea! Pumpkin seeds are a healthy snack, but they taste bland and unexciting without the addition of pink salt and , unlike regular processed white salt, Pink Salt is both healthy and delicious. It goes great with Pumpkin Seeds. These are fantastic; don't be hold off because of the salt; they aren't salty and are perfect for salads or other dishes.

Healthy snack
I was hesitant to try these roasted pumpkin seeds (pink himalayan salt), as I had never tried anything quite like them. But I was pleasantly surprised. The salt is a nice compliment to the pumpkin seeds, and at a 4.5 star health rating, they are the perfect healthy snack!

Healthy chip alternative
Pepitas have always been a favourite of mine, but Connect Foods's Roasted Pumpkin Seeds have the perfect amount of salt on them to make them an ample savoury snack. Following a low carb diet means finding snacks which fit dietary needs can be extremely difficult. These fit the bill perfectly when you're craving something salty like potato chips, but pack a great punch of nutrients. You aren't at risk of eating the whole pack at once as the nourishment you get from these will fill you up comfortably without overeating. I always make sure to have some on hand when that snacking mood hits but I need something nourishing. Guilt-free and convenient!

Pumpkin seeds
Tasty versatile and healthy. They also have Pumpkin Seeds Cocoa & Sea Salt which a really really nice with just a hint of chocolaty sweetness. A healthy treat for those who have a sweet tooth. However every time I go to buy them they are out of stock both in storew and online which is a real bummer!

I love the convenience
The pumkin seeds are so much easier being roasted before we buy so salads stir-fry and many more meals. They taste amazing and fresh. The whole family loves the pumkin seeds even in the 3yr lunch snacks

Healthy snack
These pumpkin seeds are delicious and crunchy. They taste great alone and also sprinkled on top of pumpkin soup and salads. They are high in protein and good fats and are great for boosting the nutritional value of Winter meals.
