Cute packaging definitely eye catching. The colour Mint hearts in the Toothpaste give it that extra fun touch. Something about it just didn't make me teeth feel as clean as normal. Almost like a chalky feeling was left in my teeth. The freshness was there.

When I first got this product I wasn't sure it was going to work. I have tried the other toothpaste in the market that say long lasting freshness taste like watermelon or bubblegum but they never left my teeth feeling fresh. So I tried this and I was not disappointed mt teeth feel clean fresh and the taste is so good. I will be recommending this to family and friends

I have been using Colgate Rainbow Fresh toothpaste for a week now and I am so happy with this toothpaste. It has a mild but nice flavour to it and has a really good froth while using it as well. My whole mouth also feels clean and refreshed for quite a while after using this toothpaste. I would recommend this product

I adore the concept of finding tiny love hearts inside my toothpaste; it adds a delightful touch to my brushing routine, injecting a bit of fun and anticipation. However, in my experience, the number of love hearts was disappointingly low, with only around five appearing within the first week. While I was fortunate to capture a photo with several, it was a rarity. Despite this, I must commend the toothpaste's freshness and its long-lasting effect, as promised on the packaging. My only gripe lies with the flavour name 'Rainbow Fresh,' which led me to expect a whimsical, unique taste, yet it turned out to be just regular mint. I believe there's potential to enhance this idea by incorporating a genuinely distinctive flavour profile and significantly increasing the abundance of love hearts. I was pleased to learn that it was vegan and not tested on animals.

I thought the toothpaste was great. I loved the packaging - it was really bright and colourful. The toothpaste itself was fun with the 'breath hearts' and it left your mouth feeling fresh and clean.

What a refreshing experience. The hearts bring conversation between the children to see if they taste different. The wondering of which colour hearts are squeezed out also add joy to teeth brushing time. Mouth feels defrocked for longer as well

Happy with the product. Tastes great and leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean for hours. Only problem is the packaging was very attractive to my 3 year old who wanted to try it too!

A little bit minty for my 7y old but he loved the sparkles. It made brushing teeth a fun moment.

I absolutely love the rainbow refresh toothpaste. It's super cute with the little love heart surprises you get daily but it also isn't overpowering when brushing. This is great for anyone who is pregnant and can't handle their normal toothpaste - it really helps ease the nausea and that disgusting taste that some get in the mouth. I'd highly recommend it - I think even kids over the age of 6 can use it so it would be very fun for them.

Personally I found the product to be to the same great standard as all other Colgate products I regularly use. The rainbow love hearts are a fun touch and I'd imagine be incredibly popular with children however even myself as an adult enjoyed the whimsical nature of brushing my teeth with little love hearts.

I have been using this toothpaste for 2 weeks now and have mixed feelings. It is very gel-like in consistency which is different to usual toothpastes. The taste is fine, not over-powering and it does leave a nice taste in your mouth afterwards. However, it doesn't stand out compared with any other toothpastes I have tried, and the colouring and 'breath hearts' seem like a bit of a gimmick and unnecessary. Overall, doesn't do a bad job, but wouldn't choose it again off the shelf over any other toothpaste.

I've always struggled with the mint flavour of toothpaste - it always makes me gag. However, this toothpaste, while mint flavoured, is a refreshing and mild taste. It doesn't overpower or burn my mouth, and is almost like a fruity mint. It's subtle but still super effective at cleaning, leaving my teeth and mouth feeling clean and fresh. It has a thicker gel-like texture than any toothpaste I've seen on the market, so if you're texture sensitive that may pose an issue. It is also quite expensive for the size - but I've found you only need a tiny bit to clean and freshen. The hearts are cute but seem to take a lot of scrubbing to break down, and there aren't nearly as many as the packaging suggests. All in all I'd say I'll definitely be purchasing this one again, and it's taking over as my main toothpaste.

The whole family enjoyed using the new Max Fresh Breath Hearts toothpaste. It was exciting to see the heart shapes dissolve while brushing our teeth. The packaging was simple and practical. We would purchase it again.
