Does the job
After using Colgate's purple toothpaste for a week, I'm impressed by its whitening efficacy. Despite its short duration of use, I've already noticed visible improvements in the brightness of my teeth. However, it's worth mentioning that I've encountered some discomfort in my gums during this period. While the toothpaste delivers on its promise of whitening, its effect on gum sensitivity may vary for different users.

Whiter Teeth with a citrus clean
Use this product as directed and you will notice that your teeth have a slight whiter tinge to them. The taste itself in your mouth as you brush is grapefruit and the colour when poured onto the tooth brush is purple but changes to blue as you brush your teeth. It does leave your teeth and gums looking cleaner and slighter lighter. There's plenty of toothpaste in the tube. Definitely a tooth paste for those who are beginning their journey in whitening their teeth.

Interesting citrus flavour
I used this product as directed and to be completely honest I didn’t see any difference. The paste is purple but once you start brushing it turns blue from some kind of dye in the paste. The flavouring they chose wasn’t very nice either. Other than turning my sink blue not much whiter on my teeth.

Love this product
Great product and noticed a different after a couple of days use. It does leak purple staining on the sink, from the water leaking out of toothbrush (even after throughly rinsing) stain does wipe away though At first I thought it had a funny taste (fruity) but am now used to it Will definitely buy again!!

Some whitening but nothing amazing.
This product was okay. The taste was a little off, like it almost tasted like bubblegum. Its whitening effects were okay, I did see some slight differences in my teeth over ten days. I did like the colours that the toothpaste was, purple to go on and blue as it foamed. It was really foamy.

Works a Treat, WIll defs Go Again
overall, I like the product, I use it twice a day and have seen some pretty promising results, As a coffee drinker, I'm looking for a way to avoid or remove the stain it gives my Teeth, This one has done really well and I will definitely give it another go

New favourite
I really enjoyed this product. I can’t quite place the taste and what flavour it is supposed to be but it’s very pleasant change from the typical mint. This toothpaste foams very well and has no grittiness so leaves your mouth feeling very clean which is probably my favourite part. I did notice it left my teeth looking slightly whiter immediately after use but I’m not sure I would buy it specifically for this sole purpose. Overall a great product!

Purple Colour Correcting Toothpaste
Test: Twice a day, 2 minutes brushing, for two weeks Initial impressions: super jazzy packaging, weird little purple specks throughout clear gel, really nice tasting gentle minty flavour. Thoughts: Turns out the little specks dissolve quickly and make the toothpaste bright blue. It turns out this product attempts to stain your teeth gently purple, to neutralise yellow tones. It works too, my teeth are noticeably whiter in two weeks, and i think they could definitely continue to get whiter. I like that I can get whiter teeth without the pain/sensitivity that bleaching has caused me in the past. I think that this would also be brilliant at maintaining a dentist's professional bleach a lot longer. The only negative I can see is that the fluoride content is lower than other normal colgate products, and I like the longterm protection of a higher fluoride.

Gimmicky
Like everyone, my teeth aren't as white as I'd like them to be, but I don't want to fork out for in chair whitening sessions. I was excited to try this toothpaste, but overall have been disappointed. It starts as a purple paste with little blue beads. As you brush, the toothpaste becomes a darker blue. In the two weeks I've used this, I have not noticed any immediate nor long term change to the colour of my teeth compared to regular toothpaste. I also felt this had a weird flavour - It's kind of minty but with a weird undertone, almost like black tea? I prefer more traditional spearmint flavours, so I disliked the taste. Finally, if you wipe your mouth on a towel when you're done brushing, be careful as you'll end up with blue marks over them. These did appear to come out in the wash, but don't look great prior to washing day. Three stars because it did clean my teeth, but I wouldn't recommend.

Surprisingly loved this
First the taste. Probably the best tasting toothpaste I've ever had. Sometimes I don't love the "mint" flavoured this was like a tasty Lolly. My partner also commented on how delicious it tasted! I will note one negative- it can slightly stain your sink (easy to wipe off) but unlike most toothpaste which you don't often notice in the sink the blue is really obvious. However it's such a small thing it's not really a big deal. Overall I did find it made my teeth appear whiter and brighter. I used it twice a day for around 10 days. I was quite surprised as I have tried other whitening toothpaste and feel it didn't do too much. I was surprised when I compared the two pictures

Great toothpaste
It is a great toothpaste. Even my sister tried it. It help to make our teeth whiter. I like it was purple colour and not just a white colour like every other toothpaste. I would recommend this to anyone who askew.

Great taste
Familiar and trustworthy brand. Love the flavour, really foams up in your mouth with the tiniest amount.Don't need much at all, also changes colour. As for the whitening I didn’t notice any colour change in the first week of using it. However don’t think the product is a flop just needs more time to show results

Burnt tongue feeling
I had to stop using this toothpaste as I reacted pooy to it. I got a burnt tongue feeling after about a week of using it which took me a while to realise it was the toothpaste that was causing it. Once I stopped using the toothpaste, the burnt tongue feeling disappeared.

Made my teeth sensitive
I was surprised on how much I really dislike this toothpaste. It had a really weird flavor to it. I did not find my teeth to be any whiter nor cleaner. My teeth and gums started to feel very sensitive that I had to just completely stop using the toothpaste. It took over a week for my teeths and gums to go back to normal. Overall I wasn't happy with the product and surprised because my everyday toothpaste is a Colgate brand.

Pearly white
I’m really happy with this toothpaste it had a different taste to normal with a berry / bubblegum flavour. I wish that the purple was much stronger as it’s kind of like a toning shampoo without the extra kick
