Dehumidifier - an essential product
Because of the excessive rain throughout 2022, there is constant humidity, dampness and mould in my house. Having used this Dehumidifer for 4 weeks I'm blown away by the water its collected. For 2 wks I placed this in my WIR which leads to the ensuite. Whenever one of us has a shower its turned on and kept on for awhile afterwards. Its also on for 4 hrs each night starting before going to bed. Our bed is nearby and we could easily sleep with this on. It is actually not that noisy and you do get used to hearing it anyway. Having the timer option is great. For the next 2 wks I placed it in my living room where if its raining my washing on airers has to be kept. I kept this on during the day while I was at work timed at usually 3 hrs. Then while asleep I time it at 4hrs. It is easy to take the filters out to clean & to empty the water tank. There is a cut off feature once the water tank is full. I'm so impressed I want to buy another one the same for my house. Its an essential product

Efficient and Quiet
Great product! Easy to function, and does an effective job. It’s quieter than I thought it’d be, has wheels at the bottom of the machine so you can easily move it around room to room if needed and great for this rainy spring weather. The only issue I had was connecting it to the app.

Great dehumidifier
Overall this is such a great dehumidifier, the only issue we had was it being a bit "clunky" and made a bit of noise/shaking every so often. BUT wowza, I was so shocked each time we had to empty it, I had no idea how much moisture was actually in our air. Its also been incredibly wet here and I feel like its really helped having the dehumidifier going. I've recommended this to our friends and family.

Takes moisture right out of my clothes
Living in a 1950’s brick house, I often have black spots & condensation on windows. I dry the majority of laundry inside the house. The dehumidifier gives real time updates on current room humidity. I wasn’t surprised when the level went to 70%. Not knowing what % humidity to aim for I set it to 55% as guided by the instruction manual. These days the room is at 44-60% so I only use it when drying laundry indoors. An app with real time electricity use updates proved that it didn’t use much. I was surprised after being on for 1hr near wet laundry it had collected 400ml of water! I haven’t managed to clean the black spots off my windows. But I’m sure with less humidity in the air, there’s bound to be less chance of mould growing! Has wifi connectivity function whereby I can get updates on the humidity level in the house. As well as being able to remotely control the humidifier. A negative is that you need wifi at home and can’t use phone internet to get the feature working.

A must-have for people living in Sydney
The Breville Dehumidifer is very easy to use and control. It is packed with features and does a wonderful job in removing moisture around the house. The app make it easy to control the main unit remotely and it even shows you its current status like humidity target, current humidity and the mode, and the weather information of your local area (humidity, temperature and forecast). Setting up the app from downloading it from the app store to using it only takes less than 3 min. The water tank has high capacity and can be easily removed for emptying (there is also a pipe that can be connected to drain for non-stop operation). The only downside is, it is a little bit noisy if you are close to it (like a fan) and it's a little hard to move around the house. Otherwise, it's a 10/10 for it's features and performance.

Excellent
Use this in the room where I have clothes drying and honestly feel like they dry quicker. Also the amount of water it collects is surprising! Definitely recommend for anyone who dries clothes indoors on racks.

Worth the money
This humidifier is one of the nicest looking dehumidifiers on the market. It has features like Bluetooth, wifi, an led screen and a sleek modern shape. The setting up of wifi and connecting it to the phone app was really straightforward and easy. You can also use the manual touch controls on the top of the humidifier as well.

Great product
I love this product when I lived close to the coast when we had that really wet year in 2019/2020 it was the only thing that stopped all the mould in our house from the humidity! I now use it in my laundry after the dryer to remove any condensation or in our gust room if it’s been closed off for a few days to freshen the room up

I would recommend
Bought this product to get ready for a wet damp winter as we had a terrible time last winter with mould on our windows and just growing on our walls (needless to say this winter has not been wet at all) but I do not regret buying it I still use it all the time. Easy to use, easy to empty, beeps at you when it's full. My partner say's it's too loud to sleep with it on so we turn it off to sleep, I think it would depend how light of a sleeper you are. I could probably get to sleep with it on but I would say most wouldn't. For the price you might expect it to be quieter but

Great product
Easy to use and move, very quiet, collects an impressive amount of water, tank fairly easy to remove and empty. Only downside - produces a little bit of heat so needs to be positioned away from where I'm sitting for best effect.
