Like the Product but not the Taste
I Like the product and find it super convenient for the amount of protein in the bottole but im not a fan of the taste. I find it has a weird aftertaste. I prefer the Berry Flavour and find that to be a better flavoured option.

Better than the powder
Before I discovered this I used protein powder that I’ve always struggled to drink. Now I have this as an easy protein option and it doesn’t make my stomach feel heavy after drinking. Highly recommend

Bodie'z protein water
I received a promotion sample of this drink and to be honest it was quite refreshing and pleasant to the taste. Good for those lowering sugar intake and wanting more protein and hydration. This will be a great summer drink. I liked it.

Helpful
I have tried this but buy it more for my husband in summer as he is diabetic and protein is good for him. Citrus punch has a pleasant taste and very hydrating. If it’s a really hot day I freeze the bottle and hubby has a nice protein water during the day. A good drink.
