Large dosage
I tried these omega 3 supplements . After I got a blood test. They make it easy to add a quality source of omega 3 into my diet. I take 2 tablets morning and night with my meals. They didn’t cause any reflux to me or after taste which is something that is a priority for me with taking these. No awful after taste The reason why I started to take these is I am trying to balance my hormones and estrogen levels. Though what I found as a positive is they help with bowel movements as they lubricant the intestinal walls. An easy supplement to take with benefits that suit my lifestyle That is lacking in eating fish and nuts that contain omegas.

Good supplement to take
I’m not a big fish eater so this is a great supplement to use to keep my Omega levels up. They don’t taste or smell of fish so are easy to take however are a little large to take down. My only struggle Is remembering to take them daily!!

So healthy for the body
Provides good source of omega 3 especially if you don’t eat a lot of fish. Take 2 to 3 tablets a day Maintains heart skin brain and eye health good value for money

Great supplement
These Blackmores Fish oil tablets are great if you don't eat fish and need a supplement. They are always on special so are a great price. Tablets are a bit big but you can feel good straight away

Basic there's better out there
Basic fish oil tablets. Found on sale at Chemist Warehouse very frequently. Be wary as they can go rancid from sitting on shelves too long in the heat and expire early. I use Krill Oil now. It's far superior and has better health benefits. Keep in the fridge if you live in a hot home!

Standard fish oil capsules
They're odourless, go on sale often at a supermarket/chemist and are great when you find yourself not eating enough fish. Easy to take with a meal. Can't fault this really.

Not sure
I’ve only been using it for a month as I wanted to both boost my eye and hair health. I haven’t felt any major benefits yet and it may be too early to tell. I trust the brand though and willing to try them out in the longer term to see if they make a difference

Blackmores - love this brand
My husband use this fish oil daily and he is very happy with it. He tried many different types and this is the best for him.

Take care
Was not going to leave a review on this Blackmores Fish Oil 1000 but after I read Melissa's review decided I should also tell my experience. Was taking this fish oil for quite some time and started to get largish bruises on various places over my body. When I checked it out and saw it was probably the fish oil at fault so stopped taking it and slowly the bruising stopped. No criticism of Blackmores brand but just a warning to be alert to what you are taking.

Be wary
I like this product but love the Blackmores name even better than the product itself, I was taking fish oil daily for more than 12 months, until I had an unexpected trip to the emergency room at my local hospital for an injury with uncontrolled bleeding, hospital staff asked me...are you taking fish oil, my response...Yes, well that explained why they couldn't get the bleeding under control, nursing staff said fish oil will thin your blood just like warfarin does, so I no longer take fish oil as I have a hernia and if it was to start bleeding internally I would not know until it was probably too late, so if your going to take fish oil, please ask your GP first as it may not be suitable for you, the only reason I would not recommend this to a friend is it may not be suitable for them and I am not a Dr, I would however recommend Blackmores themselves as they have top quality products, just to be clear.
