Great fried rice alternative
Tricky texture to cook with, but yummy with the right flavourings/spices added to it. I made a mean fried rice and think it’s a great replacement to rice to get in veggies. I’m excited to try it again in other dishes!

Great Rice Substitute
Great taste, consistency and texture - good substitute for rice or riced potato in hashbrowns etc - I add to curries/pasta sauces to hide more veg for the kids!

Meal Prep Easy!
Easy go to when needing to whip up something to eat. Normally add it to veggies and chicken for a substitute for rice in a stir fry! Very convenient!

Easy meal prep
As a diabetic, cauliflower rice is a great alternative to traditional rice. This makes meal prepping easy and it tastes great. However it is quite expensive for the amount you get and compared to just buying a cauliflower.

An easy meal prep
I do love the cauliflower rice from Birdseye. I think it is so easy to incorporate into meals as a rice alternative and makes meal prepping easy for work meals. I think for those focused on a health kick, this is the perfect product to make it easier to live a healthier lifestyle. The flavour isn't overly obvious as well. I think the only improvement could be the pricepoint as you don't get alot for what its worth.

Extra veggies
I find this stuff a great way to get some extra veggies into my diet. I’ll either mix it with regular rice, or have it on its own. I also find it’s really easy to add to soups and stews, even things like pasta sauce, to boost my veggie intake. Very convenient and tastes good too

My choice over the usual rice
I really like the taste and texture of the cauliflower rice I found it the perfect base for recipes And the cooking process was very simple and quick I definitely will be buying again

Great alternative to rice!
This product has a very similar taste and texture to rice, but is a much healthier alternative being 100% cauliflower. Great product!

A great alternative to rice
I thought I’d give this ago as I was trying to say of pasta and rice for a little bit, it was really tasty and I have since bought it on a regular shop I would definitely recommend

Hidden nutrition at its finest!
Love this product! Tastes amazing and is undetected by three very fussy and sensory sensitive kids (14, 12 and 8 yrs) when added to pasta sauce, fried rice and meatballs! 10/10 would recommend

Good rice alternative
I first came across this as a rice alternative when I was following a keto diet. A great low carb substitute. Cauliflower doesn’t have much flavour on its own, so it can be added to most savoury dishes without overpowering other ingredients. This is a convenient pack to have handy in the freezer.
