Gravy review
The gravy was tasty and very easy to use in the pouch. However for a family of 2 adults and 4 kids it wasn't enough in a single pouch. Also was more runny than I would normally like my gravy to be.

BARE CUPBOARD ESSENTIAL
Bare Bones Classic Gravy with Black Garlic provided the perfect accompaniment to my roast chicken and vegetable dinner. It added an extra flavour punch especially with the touch of garlic. It tasted nice and rich with a home made like flavour. I enjoyed it even more knowing that there was no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. It had a rich brown colour and the consistency was the perfect thickness; not too thick and not too runny. Super easy to prepare in the microwave which saved me time and extra dishes being able to pour straight from the pouch. The only downfall was it contains canola oil which I am not a huge fan of.

Flavour is overpowering
It was ok, the garlic flavour was a little too strong, and it gave it that I don't like it but I do like it taste. I don't think I would rebuy as it was a little overpowering the flavour.

Judgement day for Bare Bones Gravy
Tonight we enhanced our steak meal with Bare Bones black garlic gravy. It was super easy and convenient to make. A quick 1 minute in the microwave was all took to heat up the gravy to a great temperature. While my husband somewhat enjoyed the taste, I was not a fan. We both found the garlic taste to be a little overbearing. The texture was perfect and was easy to drizzle onto our steaks. If you like the taste, this is a fantastic gravy pouch to use! I will be trying other flavours!

Wow bare bones gravy
Wow this gravy definitely very nice flavour even the kids liked it I love how it was more runny then thick we had it over some nice cheese and bacon rissoles and some chips and hashbrowns definitely worth the price tag will buy again

Convenient and so yummy!
I enjoyed everything about this product! It was super convenient, but delicious. We are a family of 4 with two children under 6 & we all liked the flavour. We had this with chicken schnitzel and chips and it was just delicious.

Rich Gravy
Bare Bones Classic Gravy with Black Garlic advertises a subtle flavour that will enhance the flavour of your dish. Whilst the gravy is quite tasty it is not a subtle flavour and can easily overpower the flavour of some meat dishes. A small quantity goes a long way with this product. If you are a fan of rich herb flavours then this is for you! If you prefer a more subtle gravy then perhaps this product isn’t for you or use a small quantity on the side of your dish. We used it with red meat dishes (steak and roast) and it overpowered the flavour of the meat.

Bare bones gravy
I think the product was slightly overrated $7 for a little bag that we had to stretch between the family. We had it served with a beef roast and vegetables. I didn't mind the consistency of it, although I did think due to the fact that it was a smaller pouch, it would've been more concentrated and packed a little more punch but unfortunately didn't.

Simple to make
As a male, having a quick an easy gravy was great. Sinply put in microwave and heat and serve...well except I couldn't find scissors to open for cooking but a knife did he trick. Overall the consistency was good, it was thick and nice colour but didn't like the black garlic taste. I like a mote simple or pepper style gravy

The taste is amazing! But not enough!
The taste is amazing! But I'm a gravy lover! To say a 200ml pack can serve four, no way! I had it with roast chicken and veg serve two meals and it was no where near enough for me. The flavor it just as it says the garlic is sweet and the rosemary is aromatic. It's a good option for a single serve but very expressive for a dinner party of four.

Decadent!
This is a decadent gravy! As I didn't have a roast planned, I had it with my favourite turkey Christmas Tree nuggets lol. The aroma of black garlic was definitely there - however it wasn't overpowering. The gravy was rich, dark, and smooth. The sachet states "perfect with red meat". I think it could easily be served with roast chicken or pork. The only downside of this product is the price. I normally buy powered gravy which has multiple serves for half the price. In saying that the ingredient list doesn't contain any weird unpronounceable words or numbers. I will purchase this again and try it when I have a roast as it really was delicious.

Delicious gravy
I loved the taste of this gravy and the garlic you could taste throughout! I used the gravy on a steak and the texture was just like any gravy!
