Great product for medium level leakage
These would only be great if you had a higher level of leakage than myself. They are thin and provide good odour control, more so than other brands I've used. Would recommend.

They were ok but not for me
I just found them too big for me, but I think they would be comfortable for other women, just not me, I like my pads to be more discrete and smaller in size. They are good for women that have a leakage issue

Dry and odor control
Bladder leaks are embarrassing for adults so Always Discreet Pads are great so you walk out confidently. It is absorbent and the long design means all bases are covered without any major leakage. Keeps you dry throughout the day and nice scent helps with odour control. I didn’t have time to change the pad but it lasted the whole day so I’m impressed!

Great protection for moderate leakage
Well When they mean long, they really meant it! I was unsure how I felt about them at first as could feel the back of the liner due to the length but after a bit I didn’t notice them. The quality is great and definitely absorbs well. Thin enough to fit comfortably on my pants and leakage barriers are good to contain any leakage. Good for moderate to heavy leakage.

Very comfortable and discreet.
After having my babies my pelvic floor isn’t as strong as what it used to be, so I end up with a small leak every now and then. I’ve tried liners and just felt they never really helped (being too small and bunching), so having found these I’m relieved. They’re so comfortable and discreet, very thin and a good length, nice secure fit and no bunching or moving, very effective moisture and odour control, lovely packaging with a really nice scent. I will continue to use Always Discreet with confidence I am discreet and secure.

Leak free and confident
They do exactly what they say they do. For a mama who suffers with bladder sensitivity they are perfect. They still feel dry and comfortable even when soiled (I tested with a lot of water too). They are more of a night time length, and although discreet and invisible, I still feel conscious of them because of the length up the back.

High absorbency
Since having my youngest child two years ago, I've experienced bladder leakage. I initially used regular panty liners, but I've discovered that these are more absorbent and comfortable. These incontinence pads are a beautiful substitute for those that are currently available. These pads were excellent at collecting my leaks, which I experienced while doing simple daily tasks like lifting objects and sneezing, and I didn't feel lit when using them. They didn't smell strongly perfumed, just slightly. I thought the length was ideal, and the pad's thinness made them practically invisible under my clothes. I would recommend this to anyone who is experiencing bladder leakage.

Always discreet and comfortable
The Always discreet long pads give excellent protection for leakage. They are very comfortable and discreet. I completely forgot I was wearing one. The Always discreet pads have excellent odour control and when they do get wet the leakage is held away from your skin keeping you dry. Also with their design there was no leakage from the sides of the pads which I have had a problem with using other brands. Will definitely be purchasing and recommend them.
