Not the best
Not the best tried and it was okay but other products in market have better results

A product that actually works!!
I was skeptical prior to purchasing, but let me tell you..if you use it as soon as you start getting cold and flu symptoms by the next day all the symptoms disappear! It’s worth every cent and I make sure I carry it everywhere with me.

Definitely works!
A friend gave this to us over Christmas. By some stroke of bad luck my entire household got exposed to Covid and before my wife found out she had it, she used First Defence to combat early signs of what she thought was a cold. Now I'm not saying the spray helped her stay asymptomatic, but she used it and didn't develop any nasal or cold-like symptoms.

Not to keen on the fragrance of the product but was ok easy to use affordable price also. Would definitely recommend this product

Helps
This helps you get over a cold quickly as long as you use it when you first have symptoms. It is too late if you use it after a few days. Happy with how well this works

Worth having in the cupboard
I definitely believe this product works at holding off a cold, but I also feel like it’s inevitable you will still get sick, I used it as directed and held off the cold for a good 5 days, felt better and a few days later it all of a sudden it hit me and I got sick, I would say though the cold was only mild and lasted only a few days. It would be worth having and using if you needed to hold it off for an important event. Side effects of the spray were mild and short lived and you could feel it working.

It works
This is a great product. I'm currently using as I have a terrible cold. Have for 6 days now. My 3 teenage/adult sons are not sick. Nor are their GFS that have stayed a cpl night. Usually one gets sick, we all get sick. Can't believe it took so long for me to try this Vicks product.

Smack in the face
I waited till I felt the onset of a sore throat till I used this product. Then I used it and it was quite a shock to the system. Didn't release the symptoms or feeling of the illness. I wouldn't tell anyone not to buy it as it might do the trick for them. Just not for me.

Some relief
There are many cold/flu products on the supermarket shelf and I have try this one. It did feel as if it was cleansing my nose, it did not irritate but I couldn't say definitively that it helped to stop my cold. I would be inclined to use this product in addition to other remedies including tried and true home offerings.

Vicks first defence
This product is amazing for common colds and for chesty coughs . Vicks has always been a reputable company so its always my first choice for medication for the family. It works quuckly and is all in all a fantastic product

I have used this on and off since it first came out, what a great difference it has made. I have had far fewer and less severe colds.
