It does the things!
I tried it after I lost weight when my grandfather past away. I quickly gained all the weight I had lost , it does wonders especially when you make shakes with it. I luvvvv it so much BIG up to the nutrition that made this. Thank you!

Best meal supplement.
I have kidney failure and sometimes it is hard to gain weight because of the diet restrictions, however ensure , ensures that I am not underweight and malnutrition. It replaces meals on days where I feel too sick to eat and helps me gain energy since I can't have electrolytes or energy boosters. The product also tastes amazing,which is a plus for me .I would highly recommend this , 10/10

Strength in a can
