Icky...not for me and my family...We tried it but it's just strange and doesn't taste right. I'll stick to the real deal.

Not for us
Tried to find an alternative for eggs thinking healthier but if nobody likes them it’s not worth the price that wasn’t any better then a dozen of real eggs . The kids did not like the taste my husband said it has a different texture and didn’t want to try them again so these plant base eggs were a big flop for this family.

Just like an egg!
It is a mung bean eggs replacement for the vegan lifestyle.
It can be used in cooking and baking to create omelettes, scrambled eggs, cakes, muffins and so much more.
It has a convincing familiar mouthfeel, texture is spot-on, and isn't so eggy tasting.
We buy these all the time and taste just like eggs. This was a game changer for my wife and I because we are vegan. These work great for cooking as a binder in many other things. Love thes
It didn't disappoint me. The squeeze bottle has the same great taste. They seemed to have made consistency a little more flexible in terms of pressure ability. That's good for sandwiches. For potato and pasta authorities, I recommend imitation in the jar to better afford. It squeezes smoothly and spreads creamily. It's delicious. I give this 5 stars . This is for sandwiches, for rest. For needs on a large scale, look for large jars.
I cook these with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and they are delicious! This is very flavorful with a unique taste, and I love it. They are a bit on the expensive side but extremely worth it!

I can't get past the texture.
I really want to like Just Egg, especially after being diagnosed with an egg allergy. However, I've found the texture to be off-putting. Despite giving it several tries, I just can't get past it. In comparison, I find tofu scrambles to taste better and be more economical, especially considering Just Egg's short shelf life once opened. While I appreciate the idea behind it, it's not quite the right fit for me.

JUST Egg Plant Based Egg
JUST Egg Plant-Based Egg Review
Taste & Texture
JUST Egg mimics the texture of scrambled eggs impressively well. The mild, savory taste works great as a base for seasoning or mixed with veggies.
Performance
It cooks quickly and evenly in a pan, forming fluffy, egg-like curds. It’s also versatile, working in omelets, fried rice, or breakfast sandwiches.
Usability
Ready-to-pour packaging is convenient, saving time on prep. However, it requires refrigeration and doesn’t last long once opened.
Fit in Daily Life
Perfect for busy mornings or plant-based meals, it’s an easy swap for traditional eggs without sacrificing protein or flavor.
Pros: Excellent texture, good protein source, versatile.
Cons: Higher price, shorter shelf life.
Rating: 4/5
Recommendation: Ideal for vegans, vegetarians, or anyone seeking an egg alternative.
These vegan eggs worked pretty well and the packaging was super cute! I’m not vegan but was curious about these when I saw them in the grocery store. The taste and texture is as close to real eggs as expected for a vegan alternative.

It's ok
I'm not vegan but I do try to eat plant based when possible. For the price I wasn't super impressed with the flavor of JUST Egg Plant Based Egg. The texture isn't bad and it's easy to cook. Probably would not buy again.
I bought this out of curiosity to try new things. I have had alternative meats and chicken nuggets so I wanted to try out Just Egg. Cooking it was simple enough and at first glance it does look like eggs. The bottle is nice as simple design. However, the taste wasn't exactly like eggs but it was close. I would suggest for people who are vegan to not eat it plain. Maybe pair it in a sandwich or a side dish. I'm just going to sick to eggs from chickens.
As someone who tries to keep the fridge stocked with yummy and healthy plant based options for myself and my littles, I absolutely love this plant based option for a quick, easy, delicious, and nutritious breakfast of scrambled “eggs” or an “egg bake” that all the kids enjoy just by throwing in some veggies!

Vegan for 2 years
While vegan for two years I did purchase this. It was very expensive and did give the feel of scrambled eggs but didn't make me runout to buy again. I think this needs to be a pass for me!
it doesn't taste exactly like eggs but its almost there if you plate it like eggs maybe with toast or meat or plant-based meat then it really comes together nicely, it can be a bit pricey but if you dont eat eggs often or you cant eat them for whatever reason this is a great alternative
