It's ok
I'm not vegan but I do try to eat plant based when possible. For the price I wasn't super impressed with the flavor of JUST Egg Plant Based Egg. The texture isn't bad and it's easy to cook. Probably would not buy again.

Its okay as an alternative
I bought this out of curiosity to try new things. I have had alternative meats and chicken nuggets so I wanted to try out Just Egg. Cooking it was simple enough and at first glance it does look like eggs. The bottle is nice as simple design. However, the taste wasn't exactly like eggs but it was close. I would suggest for people who are vegan to not eat it plain. Maybe pair it in a sandwich or a side dish. I'm just going to sick to eggs from chickens.

Very similar texture and taste to eggs
As someone who tries to keep the fridge stocked with yummy and healthy plant based options for myself and my littles, I absolutely love this plant based option for a quick, easy, delicious, and nutritious breakfast of scrambled “eggs” or an “egg bake” that all the kids enjoy just by throwing in some veggies!

Vegan for 2 years
While vegan for two years I did purchase this. It was very expensive and did give the feel of scrambled eggs but didn't make me runout to buy again. I think this needs to be a pass for me!

really close to the real thing
it doesn't taste exactly like eggs but its almost there if you plate it like eggs maybe with toast or meat or plant-based meat then it really comes together nicely, it can be a bit pricey but if you dont eat eggs often or you cant eat them for whatever reason this is a great alternative

good vegan option
It is a good egg alternative Does it taste exactly like eggs?no but almost! out of the alternatives out there,this is the one that most closely compares. The price is fair and no animals are involved!

Quick
I like how its easy to make by just pouring how much I want to use in a pan. Definitely less messy and less steps involved. A big plus for is that its plant based. I would recommend this.

Eggcellent!
Excellent! Tastes just like egg and the texture is really similar to real egg. It's great scrambled. I would really recommend giving this a try, even if you're not vegan or allergic to eggs!

Great option for vegans
I recently tried JUST Egg, and I was impressed by its resemblance to traditional scrambled eggs. The texture was spot-on, and the flavor was surprisingly similar.

too small format
I have a big family with a few kids.I find the format of this egg mixture too small for practical family usage. It is okay if you have one or two people in a family but add kids in, this small bottle of egg mixture is gone within one day. Tastes like beaten eggs. Also, does not come cheap.

What is this
I purchase this stuff as a eggbeaters alternative, and didn't really realize it was plant based at the time. It looks like eggs, and has a similar consistency. I like the bottle and that it takes up less space in my fridge than the dozens. I just could take the taste since to me it did not taste or have the same mouth feel of eggs in anyway. . .not sure about in baked goods or recipes so can't speak to that part. So not for me

Perfect eggy taste for vegans
I loved this when I was vegan. Made great eggs without all the work of tofu or tempeh and the special salt or whatever people use. It cooked exactly like an egg. Tasted sulfery like an egg too. It is spendy but you are paying for convenience.

Really great egg alternative!!
My vegan best friend had me try this and I was shocked. I don't know how something could replicate egg texture this well and not be egg haha. My husband didn't even notice and it's really a great egg sub for just about anything!

i use these for my vegan bacon egg and cheese as well as for baking! great fluffy textures and is a lot healthier. great substitute that is easy to cook!

I was a vegetarian for 6 years, i am not anymore and I tried this a few times and it is the best egg substitute i have tried
