works OK
The spigot on the pur water system breaks very easily and there is no replacement part. I went through about three before I decided to switch to zero water. So far I love this dispenser much better. The spigot is durable. It holds more water. The slide top makes it easier to fill. it does take a long time to filter, but we’ve gotten used to that. I love the water tester. I tested my pur water filter before we threw it out, and sadly the filters were not working well. I took the water tester to work and tested all of our drinking fountains and I was shocked as well. Overall, I highly recommend

I love this thing, but…
I love this thing and before I bought it I did my fair share of research and comparisons online. I trust this brands filtration system more than any other water filtration product on the market. It holds a decent amount of water and fits into my fridge perfectly. I love how there’s an electronic water quality tester on it because it’ll tell you when it’s time to change to filter once you see that the quality is going back down. The only thing I don’t like so much is how you’ll have to change the filter on it quite a bit and it adds up to be quite expensive over time. It’s especially a problem for those who are struggling with money as it is. I wish that it at least came with more than just 1 filter.

Not wonderful
I got this for us to drink "clean" water out of. At first, it worked great and filtered the water and tasted like the best water ever. After about a week, the taste started not being great and I thought maybe the filter just needed replacing already. So we did. Once again, great tasting filtered water. So beware, there may be issues with the filters or not, but i will keep trying until I see that i am wasting money. The second filter btw lasted about 3 weeks and had to be replaced again.

Clean Water
This has been a great addition to our household. It love the large size, so that it not quickly emptied by my family. Clean drinking water is so important for me to have for my family. I love that this had a built in TDS meter too. I would highly recommend this as a water filtration option in your household.

Great Taste
I have well water so I really need filtration to clean my water for use. I have a home filtration system, but still wanted something else to be able to drink my water. This system cleans my water with no funny aftertaste. It holds plenty of water so I don't have to refill it too often.

Nice design
I like that this design holds a lot of water and that I can keep it in my fridge for when I would like filtered water that is cold.

Amazing
I absolutely love this! Super convenient & easy to use. It fits in the refrigerator easily without taking much room. We have two, one for water & another for juice. Plus part, my kids drink more water.

New handle desigb
Love the new handle! The old design had a push button that was pretty hard to push. My thumb would get tired so I started to hate using it! Once I saw this new pull tab design I knew I had to get it

Great water system

Hello ZeroWater
I have been using a Brita filtered pitcher for almost 20 years, and thought that was good enough. I just recently moved to a new apartment with city water on a line that is currently under replacement at the same time that main street is literally being rebuilt. This municipality also heavily chlorinates their water. It was driving me nuts, and i could literally taste the chlorine in my sinuses, and I was getting really afraid to keep giving this water to my pet. I took the time to research, and a ZeroWater pitcher seemed to be what I was looking for. I spent the money, and I am completely satisfied. Using the included particle measuring device, I was able to reduce the particle saturation in my water over 90%, and while it did not completely get rid of the chlorine smell, it did get rid of the chlorine taste. Now I feel confident both drinking the water myself and putting down a fresh bowl of water every morning for my pet.

Great water filtering dispenser
This dispenser has been a fantastic upgrade to my daily routine. The water tastes pure, and the built-in TDS meter makes checking the quality effortless. I love the large capacity, it keeps me hydrated all day without constant refills. The spigot is super convenient, though I do wish the filters lasted a bit longer. Overall, it’s made drinking water so much more enjoyable.
