Not for me, but would be good for others

I'm not sure if it's because I really do not wear make up aside from foundation and mascara, that I did not see much of a difference in my skin and the way make up sits on it. Though I must say may skin is very sensitive and this serum did not have any side effects of anything like that so, I know that it is a product I could use in the long run. I will continue to use the sample I received, but not sure if I would personally buy more. If you use more make up other than just foundation , I do think this would be a good product for you.

Perfect drugstore find! Flawless look!

I was surprised at the amount of serum in the bottle. This bottle will last for quite awhile. I loved the dropper because it gives you the perfect amount. I applied it prior to putting my make up on. I loved how easily it was to apply my make up. I believed my skin looked flawless and my skin definitely felt flawless. I was pleased that there was no greasy feel or look afterwards.

Worth it

Serum was smooth and smelled nice. It helped with my big pores and oily skin. Definitely will be buying in the future.

I love the matte (porcelain) look!

I just love the way it makes my skin and face look after I've applied it. It's kind of hard to explain but my skin just looks so smooth and porcelain like. I love the matte look and that it doesn't make my face shiny. I've been using it after I shower and then I don't put any other make up on top of it. I just love the natural look of it and just how great it makes my complexion look. I'm a fan!

Okay product but not for my skin

I received Neutrogena Shine Control and Matte Primer Serum from the home tester club and was excited to try it, as I love things that make my face less shiny before I add makeup and while the product does do that to a degree, I didn't like the feel of it on my skin. It actually made it feel a little dehydrated. But this could perhaps work for someone who is very shiny and needs a good fix!

Shine Control review

I really liked this product. It made my foundation less shiny. So much so that I did not have to use a foundation powder. I would recommend this product to a friend. Depending on the cost, I would probably buy this product myself.

not for me

I recently tried Neutrogena shine control matte priner + serum that I received from the home testers club, but I must admit this product is not for me. While others may benefit from this product I did not care for the scent and the outcome from matte primer. It did leave my face oil free which I did love but the scent was one of the main reasons for me that I did not care for this product.

Neutrogena serum and primer

I really love the Neutrogena primer and serum. It is very lightweight and doesn’t cause breakouts. My makeup goes on more smoothly and seems to last longer than without. It is very comparable to the high end serums and primers. I highly recommend this product.

Great product

Great formula, feels fantastic. Feels more like a serum then a primer, and takes a couple minutes to set to continue makeup, but overall I really love it.

Best primer

This is the best primer I've tried. My face is oily and I usually get shiny within the first 2 hours with other primers, but this one keeps me shine free for much longer. My makeup continues to look fresh throughout the day.
