Nice to have
It works for my skin, love how smooth the result after using it. It’s my first time to use this type of product but it didn’t disappoint me.

Too greasy!!!
It’s smell like castrol oil. It’s remove all makeup but left some oil on my face which I didn’t like it but double cleansing clean all my face very nice. But I didn’t enjoy that feeling. If you are ok with castrol oil smell then you give it try!!!

My new favorite product
I just started using this cleansing balm, and I’m already obsessed! I didn’t even need to wash my face twice everything came off in one go. To test it out, I used a makeup remover wipe afterward, and there wasn’t a single trace of makeup left. This product works so well, and I highly recommend it!

Amazing makeup melting product!
I absolutely love this product and it is my go to cleansing balm for make up. It is gentle on the skin and not irritating. It really gets the stubborn make up to dissolve and easily wash away. This is a non-drying formula and can be used with waterproof make up.

It could be better.
I love using makeup removing balms so I was excited to try this out. It works fine but I’ve definitely used better. I tried removing my everyday ELF eyeliner and it had a little trouble. Took a lot of rubbing and still left a little trace. It’s also unscented but it has a weird, old smell to it. I’d prefer if it were fragrance. It’s okay and removed something so it’s not all bad.

Better than expected
I was super impressed with how well this worked! It is a little on the oily side but g f or how well and how easy it removed my makeup I don’t mind the oiliness. I just wash with a little soap when I’m done and perfectoo!!

Dissolve all my makeup
I so love this Neutrogena cleansing balm and this is so good! The balm dissolves all my makeup even waterproof eyeliner. Love the texture like a better. Works very gently on the skin. And love that affordable brand has this product for a small price

Cleans well
I really liked how easily this melted off my makeup and how it was unscented. My skin felt clean afterwards without feeling stripped. I do wish it came with a scooping spatula though because it was hard to dig out with short nails.

Removes makeup very well
This cleansing balm helps to purify my skin while removing makeup at the same time. I love that it can remove hard to get makeup and waterproof mascara. It doesn’t strip my skin of moisture.

Interesting!
I have never used a cleansing balm before. This was an interesting product for me. I like how it really melts off even the most stubborn makeup. Soooo useful! It's very gentle even to take off eye makeup, which is hard to find! I like that it leaves my skin feeling nice and soft afterward.

Cleans My Face
This product worked pretty well in clearing my face of makeup, it did take a bit, and was a little hard to scoop out, but it removed makeup really well. I even wore waterproof mascara, and it hardly left a trace one I cleared it with this.

Ehhhh
Not the best. The smell wasn't ideal and it left a greasy finish on my skin. I have combination skin so maybe I'm just to oily for it. I will keep using it maybe it'll help my skin. Positive thoughts!

Feels nice
The packaging is simple and has a great amount because a little goes a long way. It melts on the skin and feels silky smooth, hence why it's called a melting face balm. It doesn't leave a greasy feel and washes off the makeup effortlessly. I will definitely repurchase when I reach the bottom of the jar.

Melt your makeup
My overall opinion is that it definitely does get the job in melting away any mascara or foundation or concealer that’s on my skin. What I like about the product is that it’s nice and creamy and a little thick so it gets all the grime out of my skin. I would recommend this product. I just wish that it was just a little bit more creamer.

I’ve been a longtime Neutrogena fan due to their wide range of gentle and effective products, so I just knew that I was going to love this Cleansing Balm, and I was right. The texture is smooth and silky, it’s unscented, and it washes away completely without leaving any residue. After using it my face always feels clean, refreshed, and hydrated.
