Awesome
I am a caretaker of the elderly and this product is so useful. One patient has dementia, so this protects them from overmedicating themself. It’s easy to use and works well. Nice quality. I recommend!

medicine box
I love the size for medicine and the material...it's resistant. The only problem I saw was the handle, which is made of plastic and I know it's going to break.

Such a great safety measure
With growing teens in my household, I need to have a way to hide and lock up my medicine. We have lots of controlled substances that can be very dangerous. This box was a godsend. My bottles fit into it nicely. Love the fact that it has a combination lock on it. This will be used quite a bit and keep my household safe.

This is a good case for storing your meds and keeping them safe . It's really lightweight and the combination lock is perfect . Works great if you take a small amount of meds daily , because the case is rather small .

Easy to use, durable Smart Vault
This Vaultz Locking Medicine box has an easy to use locking instrument using numerical sliders. The box has a handle and solid silver corners. It is durable and hardy. It is perfect for storing medicine, tablets, supplements, and additional products that is to be locked away from pets, children, and perhaps even other people! It is easy and a good size to store in a drawer or closet. It has a few pockets inside (and one that comes off with a zippered pocket and velcro attache). This brand makes other vaults in different sizes for differing uses.

I love the peace of mind this locking medicine vault gives especially after a scare two years ago with my daughter. Knowing my young children can not access our medicines is priceless.

Good Locking Medicine Case But Has Issues...
This is a good locking medicine case that could of been great with a few changes. The idea itself is great but unfortunately there are times when I cannot access the contents due to the lock not accepting my code. I've had to resort to picking the lock which is much easier to do then expected so I can get my medicine. The size of the case is decent and looks nice despite being made of not so strong material. Would maybe keep out a toddler but I wouldn't trust this around older kids or teens, despite what the label says. I gave it 4 stars because it's a good case for my specific needs but minus a star due to the lock having issues.

Quality case
This is such a neat little case. It is very sturdy. I love that it has a locking mechanism. This is truly a smart idea to keep your kids away. There are several different compartments. I appreciate that there is a bag with velcro on the back that stays secure to the case. Setting up the lock code is very easy. This is a great medical case.

Vaultz - Prescription Safe
I like this prescription security box and in a way, it reminds me of the lockbox designs popular in the 1980s which as an 80s kid works for me! Setting the 3-digit lock code was very easy and easier than I initially feared. It opened immediately after I tested the code I set which was required before I would put anything into it. The box is also lightweight which might be a consideration for some buyers as heavier boxes may not be desired. Also, actual prescriptions are not included in the photo due to personal privacy concerns but the box is bottle size appropriate for anyone curious about that.

Great, Easy
Great little lock box. We don’t currently have a need to lock our medicine so we’re using it as a cash lock box. When we go on vacation, it will be perfect for meds! Totally recommend. The lock is pretty sturdy for how small it is and it couldn’t be easier to set a lock code and get going!

Nice lockbox
Very nice Vaultz lockbox for your prescription medicines. I like the fact that it has a four digit combination code lock to secure whatever you decide to put into the lockbox. Makes it a lot easier for you to get in and out of it without having to grab a key and unlock it and lock it back up or even worse have no lock at all. I like how small and cute it is and for the most part fits all my meds but I do have a couple medicine bottles I get every month are the bigger orange prescription bottles and those do not fit into this lockbox, but I just put them in a small container to fit. Love how it has a Velcro pouch to put small items in and stick to the inside of the lockbox, even upside down and it has a zipper for the small pouch along with the Velcro back. Also love that there's a mesh pocket in the lockbox as well as a elastic little things along the side like a bookbag would have for you to store your pencils in, so I assume it could be for needles for a diabetic or thermometer.

This box has a great sturdy construction. I like the sleek look of it. It's compact and easy to carry. The combination lock was easily customizable. On the inside there is a spot for needles or slim medication bottles. They would be kept in place by elastic bands. There's also a small zipper pouch for taking a few pills on the go. This pouch attaches via velcro to the box. The other side is spacious enough to hold several types of bottles, and also has a mesh pocket. This box is also the perfect size to secure money, jewelry, and even a small pistol.

Great for keeping my meds out of my grandchildren hands
This locking case is perfect for my medications. My grandchildren are at my house daily and they are quite mischievous. I can't take any chances so this has given me a good piece of mind. They case is sturdy. The directions for setting the lock was easy and it is easy to open once locked. Anyone on medications that has children around should have one of these cases to insure the children cannot get into dangerous medications.
