The only pad I use
I have zero complaints about these pads. I have yet to experience any leakage even on heavy flow days. They are comfortable and don’t irritate even with my sensitive skin.

Absorbant and reduces odor
These are really comfortable, absorbant pads. I love how thin they are and I did not experience any shifting or leaking even on my heavy flow days. I liked the odor control that the charcoal area provided jn the center. I would definitely recommend these and will be purchasing again.

Foam like not for me
I did not like the feel of these. Felt like thin foam (?). Seem to absorb well but overall, I prefer the generic thin & long overnight pads..they feel more like cotton. And, you receive more at a reasonable price. Everyone is different so I would recommend to others. I like that very thin pads are being created. They are like wearing better pants liners!

They really work!
I'll always use this brand, they have proven to work for me every time! They are not only comfortable but I have never had any leaking problems which is most important. I would recommend this to anyone! I've used them from my first period and I will continue to use them years later.

Good for bladder leaks.
Love them. Sometimes I wear them for bladder leaks because they are not as big as the bladder leak pads. These have pads so they stick to your panties better than the bladder leak pads

Not a fan
I found these are not anything special. Just a regular pad. Charcoal did nothing to benefit from. The wings are weird. I would put these in the same as other pads. To me they’re overpriced.

So comfortable!
I have used the other brand growing up and never tried these. But these are actually much more comfortable!!! They are truly thin but mighty. I use these as their own or as extra coverage for my tampon and they work wonders! Definitely repurchasing.

Pricy but effective
I feel like whenever I buy U Balance pads, they look and feel over-engineered, especially as pads-- there's so many little ridges, different materials, and the thinness makes me feel like I'm putting on a high-tech diaper. But they ARE effective, these are easy to put on and fit well in underwear, and don't budge once the wings are placed. I haven't leaked whenever I use these, which is typically during heavy days. They're also very comfortable, despite the multiple layers of materials. I don't notice much of a difference with the charcoal. I still prefer Always since it's more affordable and gets the job done, but for days I need that extra insurance, I use Kotex ones.

Absolute Perfection!
I absolutely LOVE these pads! I struggle finding pads with wings that actually fit correctly in my underwear. They normally end up getting bunched up or sit on the top of my underwear and not wrapped around like they should. BUT these!? Holy moly they fit absolutely perfectly in every pair of underwear I tried them with! (Obviously not a thing) they are very comfortable and they sit close to the body but you don't feel cold or any wetness. I think the charcoal lining is a game changer as because it helps keep the moisture off your skin and it keeps the smell away as well. I found my new period product. I actually went and bought 2 boxes to have on hand.

U by Kotex balance
Comfortable and thin, I liked this product and will probably buy it to use again. My only problem was the pads were stuck to the glue that sealed the packaging and they themselves weren’t very sticky and kept moving while you tried to put it on.

Absorbent and Odorless
U by Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Pads with Wings is quite flexible, breathable, and interestingly comfortable. The wrapper for the pad has a nice as well as colorful design. It does eliminate any form of odor as stated on the box. The pad was reasonably absorbent with secure wings and leak-free. However, I will recommend going one size up for heavy bleeding to ensure worry-free or no leaks.

U kotex ultra thin
Charcoal! Wow .. definitely worth the money. It wasn’t uncomfortable and soaks up the product well. I was worried since it was thin i might start feeling wet but I’m glad it wasn’t.

Overall great!
Great product! Extremely lightweight and comfortable while still highly absorbent. The wings were a really good size and shape, which gave good coverage while still being comfortable. The charcoal reduced the smell. The only thing I didn’t like was the packaging. It was not hassle free. It was difficult to open and extremely noisy.
