Stop flu
I was sick and was struggling to figure out what to buy. I remembered I bought Tylenol Cold+ Flu a few years back. I had bought it at least a few times and had liked it so I decided to buy it again. I was happy I got it before my symptoms were worse. It really has been helping clear all the cold/flu symptoms. I bought another package to have for the future. It is such a must have. It made it where I could have energy to write this review with only really a stuffy nose.

Almost as good as store brand
The Tylenol multi-action cold & flu pills are effective at keeping a cold at bay, so once a cold comes on, I'll use this product or a couple of store-brand versions of the same thing. I have found that the store-brand versions tend to work about the same, if not better, at keeping a chest cold from developing into something worse. The Tylenol effect seem to last a little longer, but it also makes me more loopy.

WOW!!
This product works wonders! I only use Tylenol for pain relief, but when i realized they made medication for other things I had to try it! I felt better the NEXT day!

Relief
Cold and flu season is here and this product works great. It help reduce my fever, relieve my achy body, and help with sinus pressure. I love that this pack includes both day and night symptom relief.

My go to
These are great! I always have them in my medicine cabinet. They are great for during the day with cold or flu symptoms and then at night for when you need relief to go to sleep. It helps with fever, chills, cough.

Good but not much progress in advancement
Good standard cold/flu medication but it wasn't better than my standard (Alka Seltzer dissolving tablets) at fighting my cold symptoms.

Best cold choice
I think tylenol extra strength cold + flu multi action is define contender for anyone with symptoms. As a chaotic mom of 4, I was able to keep up with all my duties and responsibilities using this medication. I will absolutely buy and use when sick again

Great product for Sinus pressure relief!
Very soon after taking dose of Tylenol Extra Strength Cold + Flu Multi-Action Day & Night it relieved my sinus pressure, and pain. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a cold with sinus pressure. Very good price for the size of product compared to similar products available. I definitely recommend this product.

Night or Day, Tylenol Cold Flu Provides Relief
I found Tylenol® Extra Strength Cold + Flu Multi-Action Day & Night to be quite effective at relieving body- and head-aches and pains, as well as stoppying my runny nose and congestion pretty quickly. It does have to be purchased from the pharmacy (but without a prescription) because of its nasal decongestant, pseudoephedrine, but I find this decongestant to work better for me than what's available on the sales floor. This product also helps with fever, sore throat, and cough, but I didn't suffer these symptoms. This product includes both daytime and nighttime versions, the latter only different in that it includes an antihistamine that provides drowsiness to help you fall asleep. I was very happy with this product and will definitely use again in the future to alleviate cold and flu symptoms.

Tylenol extra strength cold and flu
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tylenol is a brand that I trust and my family has been using it for years. In the past when I was sick, I have used Tylenol Cold & Sinus or the store brand version of it. I found that this Behind-the-Counter version is a stronger version of what I normally use.
