Insoles review
I recently purchased a pair of Spenko carbon insoles and I am extremely impressed with their quality and performance.Firstly, the carbon material used in these insoles is top-notch. It provides excellent support and stability for my feet, while also being lightweight and breathable. I have noticed a significant decrease in foot fatigue and discomfort since I started using these insoles.Definitely recommended.

Poorly sized
I don't understand these $100 insoles at all. To begin, I had to trim them, as I'm a size 9 and got size 9-10.5. There are no guides, and no mention anywhere about how to trim them. I cut the toe part little by little and kept checking the fit in my shoes. Once I was satisfied, I went for a 45 minute run. These were awful. The bottoms are a hard piece of plastic, with no give at all. It felt like I was running barefoot on concrete. By the time I was dome, by feet were aching, and they

Great results

Very supportive insole
This Spenco insole is very supportive and unique with the added carbon on the bottom for propulsion. I was happy with how comfortable the insole is with the contours fitting my foot very well. There are many thoughtful additions and the materials used to make the insole are of excellent quality. Very highly recommend!

Do carbon fiber insoles work?
I know the new carbon fiber sole running shoes improve your time but will these insoles help? The answer is yes they will. I noticed more effect when running outside and slightly less when running on a padded track. They will take a little to get used to as, depending on your shoe, the feel is slightly different. I liked them more on my regular running shoe and slightly less on my more cushioned running shoes but that is just personal feel

Best insoles ever!!
I love my new carbon insoles from Spenco Propel. I've been wearing them for about two weeks now and my feet don't hurt anymore. I used to get done with jogging and my feet would hurt so bad but that's not the case anymore. They are surprisingly lightweight and comfortable.

For narrow feet

Hard to fit your shoe
I received the Spenco propel carbon insoles for free in exchange for my honest review. These insoles we’re for women size 11 to 12 1/2. It was difficult to get the soles adjusted to my shoe size and I’m not sure that the fit was quite right when I got done. I only ran for a mile and came home and removed them. The heel and the arch were comfortable but they just didn’t feel right on my feet. These insoles are well-made and they have the hard carbon plate molded into them to achieve lift.

On my feet all day!
