Only product that worked
Selsun blue is the only dandruff shampoo brand that has worked for me. It helped relief my itchy and burning scalp after just a couple uses. I’m so thankful for this product!

Selsun blue
This is a staple at my house because whenever my father comes to visit it’s the only shampoo he will use. He will not use anything else. He’s been a lifelong fan of this specific shampoo for decades and he swears by it to keep dandruff at bay.

It worked
I have dealt with dandruff the past decade and have kept symptoms at bay with Neutrogena T gel and S Gel. While they would do a good job dealing with my symptoms and kept it at bay the dandruff would come back in a few days. I learned that sometimes dandruff can be caused by fungus and so I gave the Selsun a try since it is meant for the fungal sort apparently. I am highly pleased as it seems to have cured my dandruff after a use or two! Thanks to God for this stuff

The original
This is the original Selsun. It's dark blue with a strong medicinal scent. It has menthol and may tingle a bit. It is very effective at reducing itching, irritation, and oils that may be bothersome to the scalp. It's strong and will dry out your hair a bit. Use a good conditioner after. But it works super well. It's not expensive, around $7 a bottle. You don't need a lot. Lather, wait a minute, then rinse. It's not the most luxurious experience, but it helps scalp problems.

Love for dandruff
I love using the shampoo whenever I feel that I need a little assistance with my dandruff and dry scalp- i alternate between using it with a normal shampoo, and this one because it is strong and the smell is strong as well. It definitely does the job!!!

Not just for Dandruff!
This stuff works! I have terrible buildup on my scalp so I buy Selsun Blue Medicated all the time, but when my 16 year old daughter started breaking out on her neck with what the doctor said was some kind of “fungus” he recommended she use Selsun Blue. Within 2 uses the patches across her neck were gone and it’s like there was nothing ever there!!! It’s not just for Dandruff!

Selsun Blue
After just a few uses, the flakiness disappeared, and my scalp feels so much healthier. The menthol also gives a refreshing, cooling sensation that provides immediate relief from irritation. Great for Psoriasis and dog dander
When my psoriasis kicks up, this is the only thing that gets it under control. Also, when my puppy dog has skin conditions, I use this and it helps him.

Affordable and it works
Selsun Blue Medicated Treatment is a great product for treating dandruff. I have used it for years and it has always worked well for me. It is also very affordable, which is a plus. Since using it, I’ve seen an improvement in my dandruff.

Great shampoo for Dandruff
My son was suffering from Dandruff and he needed a strong shampoo. Since he is an Autistic child, the scent was a big problem with every product we tried. This was the only product that helped with Dandruff and allowed us to help him to the scent it has.

Love the silky feeling after

Helps with the itchness
Back when I worked in the pharmacy in my late teens/early adulthood, the pharmacist recommended this OTC product to me for my light dandruff. After a few days, I saw and felt relief from the itchy scalp and dandruff flakes. However it did not take away my dandruff fully so now when I get dandruff I just get the some prescription meds from my dermatologist that works faster and better.
