On par
This Neutrogena spot acne cream is on par with other brands for acne treatments I wouldn't say it's better than other brands but it can help with some minor acne issues. We use it for small breakouts

Did not work
I had high expectations for this product since lots of people recommended It and Neutrogena is a reputable brand I trust. But the spot treatment just didn't do anything to improve my acne.

Great spot treatment
Very effective at getting rid of stubborn pimples! I did notice that using too much/unevenly applying the cream sometimes leaves white spots on your skin. Also, using the cream on one spot for too long can make it very dry.

Dries Out Over Night
This product works great to dry out pimples overnight when you need a quick fix. However, I didn't give it full stars because they do not entirely eliminate the spots. They minimize them, which works for what I need.

To strong and drying
I find this product a little to drying. whenever I put it on my acne I see skin peeling off in that area which obviously I am not a fan of. I feel that there are better products out there. This is a pass for me

Good for one spot at a time.
I would recommend this if your doing spot treatments for specific areas. It works and dries out the area. It does not always completely work immediately but for the price and what it is I would recommend it!

Good Product
I tried it and put on my face everyday. The pimples dried up and face looks amazing. I would recommend this product if you have acne or pimples. This is a good product. The ingredients in it are safe for your face.

Very effective
This product is very effective at targeted spot treating acne. However it get me harsh on sensitive skin and may lead to redness or itchiness. Would recommend for people with more oily skin that is not prone to dryness.

Spot treatment
I always keep a tube of this in my medicine cabinet. I decided to try this when I read somewhere that even though it has only 2.5% of the main ingredient, it works just as well as those with 10% without drying your skin out as much. I definitely agree.

Great Acne Treatment
I love all of the Neutrogena acne products and use many of them together. Of all the products, this is my least favorite because I prefer 5% of the actual medication and this only has 2.5%, but I believe that is the point of these particular product. If you don't have severe acne, or you have very sensitive skin, this is perfect for you! I love it (even with the 2.5%) and highly recommend it!

Best Spot Treatment Hands Down
This is one product that I can honestly say I have been using on my skin since I was a teenager. All the spot treatments on the market today but this $5.99 Neutrogena product knocks ALL other brands out of the universe! Anytime I see a blemish even just starting I put the tiniest bit on it and bye bye pimple! Overnight gone! Even if it's a large one already growing still use this! It will stop it in its tracks! Both my teenage boys get breakouts and wanted to try what they've seen me use for 15 years. They couldn't believe Moms cheap little cream could completely change there skin! Worth the $5.99 ladies! OH and yes that one small tube will last you prob 3-6 months!

Now part of my everyday routine
This on the spot treatment has now become a daily part of my skin routine. This will clear my pimples in 24-48 hours. I usually put it on before I go to bed and then again in the morning as well. I wait 5 minutes before applying my serum and other skincare products

Did not work for me
I received this product to try out for my honest review unfortunately it did not work for me it left my skin very dry and irritated I used this for about two weeks and I did not notice a difference on my acne. This may work wonderfully for some who do not have sensitive skin

Good product but tried better.
The product was okay. I had a pretty big breakout around my eyebrow and I feel like it helped a little but worked very slowly. I’ve tried other products where you could see a difference the next morning. This one kept the pimples calm, but took forever to disappear.

I really like this product, I have used other similar acne products that have really dried my skin and created more harm than good. This one does not do that! But it works on breakouts, I would definitely buy.
