Would recommend
I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner for a while now, and overall, I’m really happy with the results! I have pretty thin hair and bleach it every few months, so I need products that provide hydration and volume without weighing my hair down. This set definitely delivers—my hair feels fuller, and the scent is amazing. I also love the consistency of both the shampoo and conditioner. However, one thing I’ve noticed that I haven’t experienced with other shampoos is that after rinsing out the shampoo, my hair feels a bit dry and tangled, almost like hay. It’s an odd texture, but as soon as I apply the conditioner, my hair becomes super soft, smooth, and healthy-looking. I’m not sure why that happens, but since the conditioner works so well, it’s not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this set for anyone looking for volume and a great scent!

It actually works
I have bought expensive and cheap!! This is by far the best thickening shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever used. I love the way it smells, it is very rich it's not heavy on my hair, it gives a lot of shine and softness to the hair and most importantly it falls out much less.

Teens Favorite
My daughter has really long hair that is sometimes difficult to manage and keep clean. After trying this for a few washes we have all seen the difference in her hair. She uses this brand amongst other products.

Smells so good
 I have been used this year shampoo and conditioner from two years I go I love how it’s leave my hair, clean and shiny and I like that smell too shampoo add and any vitamin minerals to keep the hair, shiny and healthy it’s added protein to so it’s save the hair from fizzy look ,

Good for thinning hair
Overall I like this shampoo. The scent is nice and it cleaned my hair well, although not much of a lather. I did notice more thickness, although it was a little harder to detangle (I usually air dry then finger comb). It left a nice shine. I would buy this again.

Dried my hair out
I have always loved trying the different variety of OGX shampoos but unfortunately this one was definitely not for me. It absolutely dried the life out of my hair and it took a long time to get my hair to recover from it. Won’t be using this one again.

Satisfaction wasn't
I tried the shampoo and conditioner thinking since I have dry brittle hair it would help my hair look and feel more healthy. Seems to have made it worse. Not happy with this product.

Hair care!
My hair is VERY picky! I’m talking about having to constantly change all hair care products every other month or so because everything eventually doesn’t work the same and drys my hair out for whatever reason. I have thick, texture curly hair and the only one in my family so I always have to figure it out alone lol. My hair goes from nice and smooth out the shower to knotted and matted when dried just to give you insight. This so far doesn’t leave my hair dry after a shampoo rinse or while I have shampoo on! I do wish i could say a little goes a long way but it does not and that’s the only down side right now. Plus it smells great! Not overwhelming doesn’t leave a hard cast or is hard to work with.

No longer amazing
The original Biotin & Collagen set was my go-to for years. The new formula wishes it was the same. The original formula (Design with a block of text + gold ribbon at the bottom) is a godsend and will make your hair feel and smell amazing. Buy it if you see it. The new formula (Design with no block of text or gold ribbon at the bottom) is horrible. It smells musky and has lost all of the features that originally made it special.

It’s okay
After all the controversy over this one..I don’t use it for my hair but my mom uses it to wash her wigs ( since it’s not actually going on her scalp)..but that’s about all id recommend using it for. I don’t think it’s necessarily the best for hair health

Dissatisfied
I was excited to try this but. I was very disappointed. It felt like I couldn't fully rinse it out of my hair. Left my thin straight hair limp an greasy.

Strong hair
I had never used this brand, my hair is naturally straight but it felt dry and sometimes it got tangled, I used this one especially that is keratin and that does not break, I could feel the difference in my hair when I used it, it felt stronger and easier to brush, although the bottle is somewhat small, I think it lasts long enough, I am excited to try other types of this same brand

Good product
This is a very decent shampoo. Lather is perfect, not too much, not too little. The conditioner really conditions my hair which is perfect since I have dry hair. No issues with leaving it tangled or matted. It could be a tad bit more conditioning, but overall its a great shampoo for the price.
