No longer amazing
The original Biotin & Collagen set was my go-to for years. The new formula wishes it was the same. The original formula (Design with a block of text + gold ribbon at the bottom) is a godsend and will make your hair feel and smell amazing. Buy it if you see it. The new formula (Design with no block of text or gold ribbon at the bottom) is horrible. It smells musky and has lost all of the features that originally made it special.

It’s okay
After all the controversy over this one..I don’t use it for my hair but my mom uses it to wash her wigs ( since it’s not actually going on her scalp)..but that’s about all id recommend using it for. I don’t think it’s necessarily the best for hair health

Dissatisfied
I was excited to try this but. I was very disappointed. It felt like I couldn't fully rinse it out of my hair. Left my thin straight hair limp an greasy.

Strong hair
I had never used this brand, my hair is naturally straight but it felt dry and sometimes it got tangled, I used this one especially that is keratin and that does not break, I could feel the difference in my hair when I used it, it felt stronger and easier to brush, although the bottle is somewhat small, I think it lasts long enough, I am excited to try other types of this same brand

Good product
This is a very decent shampoo. Lather is perfect, not too much, not too little. The conditioner really conditions my hair which is perfect since I have dry hair. No issues with leaving it tangled or matted. It could be a tad bit more conditioning, but overall its a great shampoo for the price.

BAD FOR YOUR HAIR!
Where do I begin with this awful stuff. There was a lawsuit a few years ago because this line contains carcinogens. If cancer isn’t scary enough it was causing hair loss in some people. Not cruelty free Surely not vegan Doesn’t smell good. I hate to throw full products in the trash but I wouldn’t even give this away to my worst enemy. Complete trash!

Great Products
I love these products they leave my hair smelling great and feeling so soft. I first tried these because my hair is so thin and was getting worse after I had my twins and it has helped so much.

Doesn't help with fullness
I expected that a shampoo/conditioner that is trying to help your hair become full and healthy would not weigh it down but I was wrong. I lost a lot of volume from my curls and they also didn't feel very moisturized unless I used a LOT of conditioner. There was hardly any slip for my curls so detangling in the shower was pretty painful. The consistency and scent of this set was good but probably not worth buying it again.

made my hair oily
smells great but it made my hair oily. It made thick but also made heavy. It cleans nice, smells good, has great components but it does not fit my thin and oily hair

Favorite OGX Shampoo
I've tried many of OGX's shampoos and conditioners but these are my favorite by far. The smell is amazing and my hair feels so healthy after using these products.

It’s okay!
I’ve not really noticed much of a difference in the volume of my hair since using this , but it smells great and does make my hair feel super soft and more manageable!

Ok product
I have been using this product for quite a while for my fine/thin hair. I really do not see any change in volume, however, don't see any bad results either. It's really no different than any other product that make the same claims. It does smell pretty good.

Not for me
I really wanted to love this shampoo and conditioner. After washing with both my hair felt thick but not a good thick. It was really hard to comb through when it was wet and dry. Maybe it's not good for thin, fine hair.
