SHINE CONTROL WEARS OFF
This primer goes on smooth and it's not sticky like others are. I have oily skin so I need my primer to keep oil away... all day. This one helped with the shine control but after lunch time and the last half of my day I could see oil peeking through my makeup. It's too bad because I liked how this primer worked with powder foundation too.

Perfect for oily skin
I have combination skin, dry in spots oily in others. I have gone through quite a few different primers for shine control none of them compare to this. I guess it does just depend on your skin type but I definitely recommend giving this a try!

Great matte primer
I found this primer to go on smoothly and leave a great matte finish. I didn’t find it to be sticky at all and dried quickly. My makeup held up all day, this product will definitely be a great addition to the daily routine!

great addition to makeup routine
I recently tried the Neutrogena Shine Control Mattifying Primer and I must say, I am impressed. As someone with combination skin that tends to get shiny throughout the day, this primer really helped control excess oil and shine. The texture of the primer is lightweight and easy to apply. It has a smooth, gel-like consistency that glides onto the skin effortlessly. I found that it helped to blur out my pores and create a smooth base for my makeup application. Throughout the day, I noticed that my skin looked much less oily than usual. The mattifying effect lasted for several hours, keeping my makeup looking fresh and shine-free. I also appreciate that this primer is non-comedogenic, so it didn't clog my pores or cause any breakouts.

Smooth and light
Goes on clean light and smooth. Makes for a great looking coverage with any type of cover up or foundation, there arent any improvements i think can be made. I highly recommend this product

Great primer
I never used a primer until now. This stuff works great. Keeps my makeup fro. Settling into my lines and wrinkles and also keeps it on all day. It doesn't make my face look oily just a natural look that I am looking for. I will be incorporating this into my daily makeup routine.

Great Primer!
This Neutrogena Shine Control Mattifying Primer works really well and helps to keep my makeup on and it keeps it from melting off. It goes on nicely and it dries quickly. It also doesn't flake like other primers that I've used in the past.

It lives up to its claim
It felt lightweight on my skin and dried quickly. I was able to wear it all day and didn't feel shiny. It seems like a good product and will certainly be adding it to my regular makeup routine.

Loved it!

Another Win For Neutrogena
I'm a huge fan of Neutrogena and products like these are why. I have oily skin and no matter what I do, I shine in ways I don't want to when it comes to make up. I use their tinted moisturizer, which is fantastic, but this primer is a game changer. It lasts all day under the tinted moisturizer and it doesn't break you out! It's amazing!

Great primer
I have a very oily face. So I need a primer that packs a punch, and this primer really does the trick. It can be compared to more high end brands in my opinion. I would definitely recommend it for anyone struggling with oily skin!

No more shine
Super impressed with this product! I have been trying to find the perfect every day matte primer that will last all day and I finally found it in this one! Others just don't compare. This is my new go to. I work a full 8 hr day with physical labor as part of my job so I sweat a lot and this makes my makeup actually last and stay matte all day! And I love that it's inexpensive

Neutrogena Mattifying Primer
I tend to bounce around trying to find a good primer, and this one is definitely a winner! Good application texture and my foundation lasts the entire day.
