Good for sensitive skin
This product did not have anything that truly wowed me, but it did a nice job. The packaging is minimal, and there is no scent. I personally would like if it had a scent but this would be great for anyone with sensitive skin!

Makeup Cleansing
My GF uses this product and loves the way it works. Cleanses nicely and leaves nothing behind. Works very nicely without any after effects.

excellent cleanser
My wife loves this product line! She has never used a makeup cleanser as effective as Neutrogena Melting Balm. It quite literally melts all my makeup - including stubborn mascara and liner - easily and quickly! Will never use another!

SO CLEANSING!
I absolutely love this product! I always have such a hard time getting makeup off, but this product has made it so easy. I feel like my pores really have benefited and been cleaned out ever since I started using this.

Decent But Not The Best
It does a decent job removing makeup, but it takes a while to wash off with water. Additionally, I'm not the biggest fan of how the product smells. Overall, it gets the job done, but is not my favorite.

Neutrogena Makeup Cleansing Balm
The Neutrogena Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm gently removed dirt, makeup, and sunscreen effectively and left my skin feeling soft. The balm turns from a solid to an oil by rubbing on your palms before applying to the face. The formula was gentle enough to use around the eyes and I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for an effective first cleanse.

Does the job
I don’t like the smell or texture however, it does get the job done. It’s not easily spreadable but it rinses off very easily. Give it a shot if you need a dense makeup remover. I’m not sure if long term use would lead to clogged pores. Make sure to wash your face with face wash after.

Magic eraser!
This product is amazing where i used to have to use 3 products to make sure no product was left in my pores this product was a one stop shop! The texture is great it doesn't leave your face greasy all in all this is a great product!

Disappointed
I’ve used a few cleansing balms before & this one is middle of the road. I love to double cleanse after wearing makeup, so I was excited to try our Neutrogena’s balm. Unfortunately I didn’t love this. It did remove my makeup well, but it barely turned milky when I added water. After I rinsed & dried my face it was left feeling a bit greasy. In addition, the product has a waxy smell that I don’t enjoy. I’ll definitely stick to other brands

Removes my water proof makeup with ease!
I have always had issues removing waterproof makeup. With other balms residue was left behind, this removes all of it at one time. It's great. I would recommend this

A good budget option
To me this would be a good emergency, have to get it now, makeup remover. It’s hard to beat my favorite brand. This one did melt well and got rid of all my makeup. It left just a bit of a residue behind but nothing like others in the same price range. I would definitely recommend and will keep some as a backup.

Bye bye waterproof makeup
I was skeptical about this balm because I have used many in the past, and they all claim to take off waterproof makeup, but I'm always left with residue. This balm does remove 95% of my waterproof eyeliner and mascara. I double cleanse with a cleanser afterward & if there is any makeup left, I use the balm again. To finish off, I use a toner, and I'm squeaky clean! It is fragrance free but smells like a box of crayons to me (lol). This product is parabens and phthalates free. I would recommend and repurchase this product.

Unexpectedly Fabulous
Very smooth when applying and almost feels warm to the touch. Gently washes away and leaves no residue. I had no skin or eye irritation when using this product.

Excellent
I loved the way this balm helped clean my skin. I also really liked how I was able to moisturize and clean in addition to helping me to have less pimples. Overall, this is a great product.
