My 87 yr old grandma has graduated to these from pads and reusable underwear. This is her review. They're comfortable and they don't feel like she has a mattress between her legs. She's just on the upper end of XL and lower end of XXL based on the size chart and the XL fits her well without being too tight. There are no leaks she's able to go about her business without worrying about her clothes. Because she hadn't worn any incontinence underwear before, I ordered the Amazon brand, Depends Silhouette, and Tena Stylish to see what worked best for her. All do the job but fit differently

Depends Men's overnight Pullup

These are supposed to be their most absorbent product. They will work really well for during the day they have a comfortable fit and are absorbent enough for multiple leaks. Most folks will find these will leak for overnight. Depending on your flow at night a tape on style diaper will give you much more reliable protection. Give them a try and see if they work! for you.

Very comfortable

These are very comfortable and fit nicely. They feel like you are wearing your own undergarment. The comfort. None that I can think of. No, maybe in different colors like underwear.

Discreet coverage

Very discreet

I sadly have to use bladder control products. I guess being 57, having 5 daughters and still having to do physical work, sometimes I pee. I work in a hospital, sometimes there are emergencies and I can’t always use the bathroom before hand. Having this product on gives me the peace of mind I need.

Love these. They fit perfect.not bulky. I'm not embarrassed to wear them. They are great for traveling when bathrooms are a stretch apart. Great for little leaks.

Stinky

Very disgusted upon opening this product the entire pack smelled of soiled diapers. It was literally to the point it made me sick. Unable to photo as it went into the trash talk abot throwing your money away!

Great for postpartum

I used these postpartum and was so happy I did! They work must better than what the hospital gives you. They were convenient and inexpensive.

Comfortable

I really like the Silhouette Panty undergarment with the different colors. They are not bulky under my cloths and they feel like traditional panties. My problem was that they are a little short waisted. And my other problem is that they are not readily available in the stores with the different colors.

They are stretchy, great fit, comfortable, and moves with you. 100% more comfortable fit and holds leakage better than the depend flex underwear.
