I love These Knives!

The Cuisinart Elite 15-piece German Stainless Steel Block Set has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. The knives are incredibly sharp and well-balanced, making food prep a breeze. I especially appreciate the variety of knives included, from the essential chef's knife to the handy paring knife, and the sleek block keeps them organized and easily accessible on my countertop. The German stainless steel seems to be of high quality, resisting staining and rust so far. While they are hand-wash only, which is a bit of a downside, the performance and overall quality of this set make it a worthwhile investment for any home cook.

A great knife set!

I bought these for my home as our last knife set was getting dull and old regardless of polishing and sharpening. This knife set has been super reliable. The set came in a large box with a lot of protection to keep the knives and block safe and secure. Nothing really to put together, just set up the block and put the right knives in their respective slits. It has a sharpener, shears/scissors, steak knives, large chef knife, slicing and paring knives, etc. The knives upon first use, were incredibly sharp, it was a surprise at how easily each knife was able to cut, chop, and dice different meats, fruits, and vegetables. I've been using this knife set for about 2 years now and I have had no issues with the quality of these knives. They're durable and reliable, and making cooking so much easier with their sharpness. I definitely recommend this product!

Good knife set

Upgraded to these after seeing them on a Black Friday sale last year. I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how well they maintain sharpness, so far haven’t had to sharpen them yet! I like that the handles are stainless steel instead of wood so they should last a long time.

Excellent knives for the money

This knife set is a great bang for the buck. We use these regularly and they have. We are heavy users of these knives and they are almost as sharp as the day we purchased them.

Great set of knives

My old set of steak knives finally wore out, so after reading reviews I bought this set. I like how many different types of knives this set includes along with the scissors. The steak knives are nice and sharp and cut thru even tough pieces of meat. The other knives slice thru cheese, bread, vegetables with a nice sharp edge. They have a nice weight to them and do not feel flimsy at all. The wooden holder is perfect for storing my knives in. Definitely recommend.

Can’t go wrong with this brand. They never disappoint! That extends to this knife set. Durable. Beautiful design. Stays sharp for a long time - and I cook a lot (stay at home mom that cooks at least half the day because food is my love language).
