Each daily serving (2 tablets) has been formulated to provide the equivalent of 2000mg of the highest quality turmeric (35:1 Extract), 1000mg (23:1 Extract) of Ginger and 200mg (10:1 Extract) of black pepper (piperine).

Would highly recommend!
I have been taking these for 6+ months. I suffer with a severe bad back due to complications from a medical procedure. These tablets are fab as on a morning I don’t feel as stiff. I wanted to sway away from taking pain relief so I gave these a try. I would honestly highly recommend.

Fantastic tiny tablets for joint pain
I have been suffering with sore joints for a while now, especially in the colder months, and I have been purchasing these and taking them religiously every day for the past 3 years. They have made such a difference. I ran out of stock once and had a 2 week break and I could really feel the difference so they clearly work. The pills are very small so easy to notice and cost under a tenner for a 3 months supply. What's not to like?! Highly recommend!

Inconvenient packaging
I have not been able to tell if there is any difference after taking these tumeric supplements. They are in inconvenient packaging and it would’ve been easier if they were in the glass or plastic bottle.

Amazing
I take theses in the morning with my fizzy vitamin c supplement, I honestly can’t live with out them and can really see a difference in how my body feels less achy to say the least, easy to swallow and great price point too.

No massive difference
Not seen any massive differences but believe they have helped to soften my symptoms a little. Only brought one product so maybe need to be taken more longer term for full effect.

Buck yourself up look after them joints!
I buy this on a regular basis from Amazon, i suffer from Arthritis and i believe the tablets help reduce inflammation, and my digestion, while ginger adds digestive support.

Not seen any change
I’ve not seen any change since taking these but it’s early days so I’m hopeful it will get better. Easy to take & swallow though
