These tablets also contain an active ingredient called Loperamide, which gently slows down your digestion to help your body return to its natural rhythm and retain water and vital nutrients.<br><br> <b>Dosage for Adults over 18 years:</b><br> Initial: 2 tablets<br> Then: 1 tablet after each episode of diarrhoea<br> Don’t take more than 4 tablets in any 24-hour period. Don’t take for more than 2 days. Always read the enclosed leaflet and label first before use. Consult your doctor if your diarrhoealasts more than 48 hours. For acute diarrhoea and its gas-related symptoms (aged 12+).

Absolute must in your handbag
When your body let's you down before a night out, I was able to take these and still make the night without feeling rubbish ad thinking about the loo constantly. Easy to take and easy to carry on with life.

Exactly what you need in an emergency!
When faced with the unmentionable I was very pleased to have these in the cupboard. They stopped the urgency and calmed my tummy and reduced the build up of wind! Would recommend

Fast and efficient help

Happy to report it works
Really pleased with the product. Does as it says on the can. I suffer with regular bouts of bad stomachs and it can be a concern when going out if I am having a flare up. I took these as instructed and can honestly say they made a difference. I now carry with me at all times and it makes me feel secure that I can try and control the situation if needed.

Good but not sustainable
They are extremely convenient and fast-acting to relieve symptoms. I would estimate symptoms are relieved within 30mins and they do make you feel better. They are easy to carry in your bag and pretty discreet. My greatest concern was that this just isn't sustainable and shouldn't be used every day. I would suggest that they are used in situations where you feel you need more control over your condition. It wouldn't be cost effective or healthy to rely on this product. I think a good strategy for use would be to decide on situations you feel it would be beneficial to use this product eg. a presentation at work, travelling long distances, completing an exam or assessment.

Fast acting and effective
Overall I thought this product was great. It kicked in really fast and lasted me all day. With the Imodium I usually use, I find I need another one near the end of the day to get me through the night but this lasted me.

Once it's kicked in it works
