Decent Taste, But Less Effective
I tried Broncho 5in1 Multi Symptom Action Syrup and while the taste is fine, I found it less effective compared to other similar products. It provides some relief, but not as much as I had hoped for with symptoms like cough and congestion. It’s still a decent option if you’re in need of something, but if you’re looking for stronger relief, there are other syrups that work better.

Handy to have in
Really handy to have in especially in the winter months, it’s a difficult flavour to explain, I don’t love it but don’t hate it either! It does feel really soothing when swallowing , I’ve had scratchy tickley throat for a few days and did feel this helped to take the scratch away but certainly didn’t cure anything. Decent though and would buy again .

Great for coughs
Received the product and needed it alot sooner than I thought, took recommended dosagewhich provided instant relief. The smell wasn't the most pleasant but luckily didn't taste too bad. Found that it only helped my cough for around an hour before I would have needed more.

As a large family of different ages I find this cough medicine really great it’s the only one I find works and gives relief for my family

Syrup with natural extracts of thyme and marshmallow always in my medicine cabinet with 4 children. The syrup works very well for dry and wet cough, the medicine soothes throat irritation. The only minus is the price.

Chesty cough
I used this when I had a chesty cough. It seemed to work well and as well as help relieve me of mucus it also soothed my throat.

Comparable
Compared to other brands this one I feel works better for me. The taste is pleasant and not overpowering, there is no long lasting aftertaste. The price is reasonable. I would highly recommend this product.

Tastes good too!
When the first dreaded cold of the year started the normal tablets and hot drinks really weren't making much difference so when I saw this I thought it was definitely worth a go. It tastes better than any medicine I have ever had and the annoying cough started to improve after the first day. The measuring cup made it so easy to take even whilst at work so kept with me until I felt better.

Nice taste, doesn't really work
I bought this for my son after trying other cough medicines and at the advice of the pharmacist. He enjoyed the flavour of this one a lot more, but the effectiveness of it was minimal. I admit it worked better than other ones we had tried, but it still didn't prevent the coughing

Pleasant and effective
Worked well from the first dose to combat cough and dry throat. The flavour was good but not overpowering and there was no harsh aftertaste when it hit the back of your throat. Super handy that it comes with a cup to measure with rather than a fiddly little spoon.

Lifesaver!
I kept this in my medicine cupboard for a few weeks before finally the inevitable happened and I got a winter cold. This was really good at helping to soothe my throat while feeling like my sinuses were cleared.

Such a great product to have on hand especially in the winter months. This syrup really helped alleviate my cough. It tastes good too which is a bonus. Would definitely repurchase again.
