Lightweight Cleansing balm
The first step to cleansing and removing makeup on my face, right before i wash my face and use toner. This product is highly recommended for people who always use make up. It is lightweight, it smells good, the packaging is nice, and it is also affordable yet effective

Secret to laziness
I barely apply makeup but THIS is a life saver! I usually get home at night tired and sleepy and so I tried looking for a product that will help me remove makeup easily and this is a game changer! melts away makeup easily!

Works well, but cannot remove thick waterproof mascara
Pros: - Removes most types of makeup. - Non-drying. It did not feel like it stripped my skin with much-needed moisture. - Nice scent. Not overbearing and mild enough not to irritate my skin. Cons: - Did not remove all of my waterproof mascara. To be fair, I layer on Mascara pretty thick since I've got short lashes so I needed a lot of it. - For those who will use this to remove the stubborn makeup, it might not work on some mascaras.

Best Cleansing Balm Ever!
I usually use cleansing oil but I might change it now to this as this is very efficient to use and effective especially after a tiring day.

Nah, not so suitable for me.
It gave me little pus and it gave a little breakout, but it's really good in removing my makeup and mascara.

Clean It Zero Dupe
The balm is nice as it really strips off your makeup after a long day. I like balms more than oil cleansers. Some say that it smells like wilted rose, but for me I think it smells like lychee. This instantly became one of my favorite Pond’s products! Not to mention that this is way more cheaper than Banila Co’s Clean It Zero.

Easily Accessible
i like how pond's tries to adapt to the current trend (that should stay in everyone else's routine permanently—ahem, double cleanse!) and tries to make a version of their own; that IT being ponds, is easily accessible to everyone who needs a balm yet failed to order their favorite K-balm online. it does its job. it removes light to medium coverage make up with ease. however, if you have rosacea or if you have a REACTIVE skin you may find the fragrance irritating or triggering. it feels quite heavy but it's all right if you have a good cleanser that doesn't strip you of your natural oils. i like it but i would've rated it 4-5 stars if it was fragrance-free, if it comes along with a spatula, and if there were actives in it like niacinamide or any antioxidant in it (centella or any soothing actives to balance out the irritation from fragrance). so for now, 3 stars for it being easily accessible and for it doing what it's supposed to do.

Worth to buy!
I was curious everytime I saw it in Watsons and I am so glad I was able to try it. Upon receiving the product, I've tried it already that night to remove my make up upon going home from work. It is so easy to apply and blends well on skin without feeling sticky or heavy on face. Upon rinsing, I can instantly feel the smoothness of my skin. Btw, I have a combination skin. So thumbs up for this Pond's Cleansing Balm.

The Moisturizer
The product does its job well! It removes make up easily even the waterproof products and it doesnt cause any allergic reaction/irritation eventhough i have a sensitive skin. A great product from POND'S.

Cleans out waterproof make up in one swipe!
I have tried various types of make up removers in the market— micellar water, cleansing oil, make up remover milk, and makeup removing wipes—but this balm, takes the top spot in my faves! Its very gentle to the skin and leaves a pleasant rose scent. It starts out as a balm but as you apply it and rub it gently on your face, it melts into an oil that magnets away even the most waterproof of make up without the added friction like other removers require. You can wash it off easily with water or use cotton ortissue to remove. Easy to use. The small tub lasted me a year. A little goes a long way. Such amazing technology!
