Fish Oil for Better Eyes & Memory
Fish Oil is different from Cod Liver Oil. Blackmore's Fish Oil is very affordable. After taking this one-capsule a day fish oil for about 3 months, not only my cholesterol levels reduce, I find that my eyesight has slightly improved. I usually have "tired" eyes if I looked at something far away or when I focused on something for a long time. But not after taking Blackmore's Fish Oil. I can feel that I am more alert and can remember stuff better. The capsules are very easy to swallow, not too big or too small. No fishy smell after taking the capsules.
