Smooth waterproof wonder
I like how smooth it was to apply, doesn't pull on your skin. Waterproof but removes easily. When used with an eye primer it works better and longer for my oily eyelids. Without primer it'll somewhat fade but doesn't smudge so I didn't get the panda eye treatment.
