Just like any other atta
Didn't taste anything different, it tastes like how any other atta tastes like, sugar release is written for marketing purpose only... I wouldn't recommend buying this product.

85% atta and 15% other pulses and good is for health
Regular atta is 100% atta Multigrain is 90% atta and 10% mixed pulses Sugar Release Control is 85% atta and 15% mixed pulses. Tastes similar to 100% or even better but the taste is an individual preference. Chappathi or roti softness is the same or better to 100% atta and depends on the preparation of how good the flour is kneaded with water. With 15% other pulses and only 85% atta, it's definitely better than 100% atta as the glycemic index is lower. That doesn't mean it's the best for diabetic but definitely a better alternative to 100% atta. If you don't like or get this, try multigrain. Price is a bit on the higher side for the additional pulses, but a good alternative to regular 100% atta and am using this regularly as it's healthier compared to other atta products.

This Aashirvaad Sugar Release Control Atta is really good and helpful. My dad and grandpa is a diabetic patient for them we feel it's a great product to have . You should also try it atleast once you will also love it ❤️
