Hard time connecting

I had a hard time connecting the product, it was really hard trying to connect everything. After I finally got it all connected it seemed to work okay. But from a first time parent perspective they didnt make it easy connecting it!

I LOVE it!

The unit is easy to install and operate. I like the image quality, both day and night. The wide angle is very practical, and it's the mode I use all the time. The sound is good. I've tried the nightlight and the rocking music, which are practical, but I haven't needed them. The connection is good and the wifi mode proves indispensable in big houses and long distances. I can now stay in the garden without worrying about the baby crying without being able to hear him... Overall, I really like this product and I've been using it full-time since I got it.

Love this monitor!

I absolutely love this monitor, thank you hometester club and vtech! It was really easy to set up, the instructions are very straight forward. There's Bluetooth capability as well which is a cool feature, and easy to use as well! It also has a multi colour night light and other features, i only wish the screen was slightly bigger.

Great, love it!

It is very easy to set up once you read and follow the instructions. I love that I can also see my little one on my phone. This is a great improvement from my former VTech baby monitor. I love it.

Useful product !!

I recently received the VTech baby monitor and it was such a blessing. We are living away from friends and family, so the monitor has greatly helped when I'm home alone with my 6 y.o and the little baby. Now I can know exactly when my baby wakes up without being distracted from quality time with my daughter.

Good camera

Great sound and camera, night vision is good too. It has Easy installation. Sometimes it won't connect to WiFi. It has talk back option with soothing sounds and lullabies. Recommend this product.

Awesome camera!

Overall, I was very happy with this product. Here are my thoughts after using it and comparing it to the previous monitor I have used. I love how you can view the camera both on the parent console and via app on your phone. One thing to note is that the picture is larger on your phone. You can see more in the room than compared to the parent console. For this reason I would lean towards using the app. Though, I am still researching about making sure the wifi app connections are secure. I find the parent console quite small, though it does the job. One small thing that I would change is the left and right dials on the console. I wish they had a true up, down, left, right control. Due to this it took me longer than I would like to connect to the wifi. Overall, I love the product and would recommend it. Especially because of the aspect that there is the option of a parent console and/or viewing the camera on your phone via app.

It's Exactly What I Needed

I recently received and tested the vtech 2.8" Smart Wi-fi Baby Monitor, I don't necessarily have anything bad to say about this product but it is a basic monitor with a great app. It was really easy to setup. It took about 15 minutes and I am not a techy at all. The 2.8" screen is quite small and shows only a small portion of what the camera actually sees. Once you have signed up for the app, you see a whole lot more. It also picks up on the sound in the room, which may be good or bad depending on the room. I have it set up in my living room because I wanted this product to keep an eye on my rescue dogs while I am at work. I love that it has a 2-way radio so I can actually talk to them even when I am at work. It is pretty entertaining to watch them try to figure out where I am ! I also appreciate that the actually camera has a long cord. I currently have it setting on the top of my tall cabinet looking down at my living room and the cord stretches all the way down to the floor.

Je suis très heureuse de pouvoir essayer ce produit. Par contre, cette caméra n'aurait pas été mon premier choix d'achat. Je trouve l'écran du moniteur très petite. Cette grandeur peut être pratique pour certaine personne et sinon il y a l'option de pouvoir voir sur une tablette ou teléphone. J'aime les couleurs de la veilleuse et le fait qu'elle soit wifi.

Good Wifi Camera/Monitor

Good Picture and Night vision works well. Does it job and wifi connects well with the camera and monitor. Love the feature of white noise from the app, helps alot when i'm in a meeting and my baby is awake and instantly goes to sleep once i turn on the White noise. I like the Talk to Baby feature; it helps me alot when i'm in kitchen i can make sure baby is not feeling alone.

Ideal camera for baby

Great sound and image. The screen made it really easy to take care of her and remove the worries of moving her into her own bedroom. It also has a wifi connection. Overall great option for new parents. It is easy to set up and adjust to any surface and you can put it on the top of the bed.

VTech RM2751 baby monitor

The VTech RM2751 baby monitor offers a mix of positives and drawbacks. Initial setup is straightforward, but connecting to the app can be confusing, with overly detailed instructions. Connectivity is smooth once established, yet limited to two devices, hindering simultaneous access for family members. Image quality is clear but falls short compared to some off-brand counterparts. While reasonably priced, alternatives with similar features exist at a lower cost. Noteworthy features include convenient footage recording without additional purchases and customizable night light and sound machine. In conclusion, it's a decent option if budget and brand trust align. The review options are limited to 1000 character and would like provide more, so i am sending Home Tester Club a very detailed review.

stress free

The product was shipped to me well within the promised time. It was easy to assemble and connect. It gives a clear view of the crib and leaves me stressfree to complete my tasks while the baby naps. Unlike other monitors, this has a bigger screen and gives a clear view of the baby. Very happy with the product :)

in love with this monitor

I'm in love with this monitor. At first we thought a simple monitor would be good. Seeing as my husband works out of town, this monitor has been great for him. He is able to check in on our daughter and read her a nighttime story while he's away. He loves that he is able to help out while not being able to physically help out. I love that it has a nightlight feature as well as sound machine right in the monitor. We never got any of these during our baby shower, and have been using our phone flashlights at night to maneuver around in the bedroom. We like that it has a temperature feature as well, as her bedroom gets the most light and are able to monitor if it gets too hot.

Awesome functions

I love all the functions of this camera. I love that it plays music, shows the room temperature. You can take pictures and record a video which is super cool. I also love that you can talk to your baby through your phone. The monitor that comes with it is very tiny but I plan on using my phone more anyways. It is a bit tricky to get connected at first but once connected I had no issues whatsoever with it staying connected. Overall it is an awesome camera system so you can keep an eye on your baby from anywhere.
