Love this shampoo for toning my blonde hair. My hair naturally pulls a yellow tone so I have to maintain it weekly. This works wonders, one use and my yellow is gone! Highly suggest trying it out.
I've been using the Olaplex No. 4P Toning Shampoo for a while now, and I have some mixed feelings about it. On one hand, I appreciate how it helps maintain my blonde tones and keeps brassiness at bay. It definitely does a good job in that department. However, I've noticed that it tends to make my hair a tad bit dry after each use. I find myself needing to use extra conditioner to combat that dryness. If you're someone who struggles with dry hair already, this might not be the best option for you.
I SWEAR by Olaplex products! I bleach my hair regularly and Olaplex has absolutely mended it that you would never tell it was chemically processed by touching it. Typically purple shampoo can dry out your hair but the Olaplex technology does not seem to have that effect while still minimizing brassiness in blonde hair. It also helps minimize breakage so I have less of those gross-looking fly-aways or frizzy hair. You can immediately feel how soft your hair is after washing it out. I recommend following this with the Olaplex conditioner for maximum repair.
I’ve colored my hair and it needed toning. This is truly an incredible product to use at home. I loved how easy it was to tone it and to make my hair silky. Olaplex is a definite great purchase
There are many purple shampoos that work the same way and Olaplex Toning Shampoo does a pretty decent job in toning out any orange tones in your hair from bleaching. The only reason it loses a star is because it is expensive when there are many purple shampoos out there for much cheaper that will do the same thing.
I absolutely love Olaplex for whitening my hair, I use Olaplex and baking soda together and my hair comes out so nice and white, i leave it in my hair for about half hour and then rinse out. I can't get enough of this product careful the longer you leave in hair it will turn a bit purple in a bright light.
It’s expensive but so very worth it. And a little bit goes a long way, so it should last a while. My hair looks and feels like a million bucks. Love love love!
I have mid length hair and needed quite a bit from the bottle to get good coverage. It does turn your hands a tad purple however by the time your shower is done the colour is gone. I find that it leaves your hair rather stripped...ie you need a lot of conditioner afterward
I can't even describe how much I love this product!! I have platinum blonde hair and this keeps the brassiness out in between hair appts! I get so many compliments on my color!
I love this new Olaplex purple shampoo! I just got my hair highlighted(which I do all the time I always want my hair as blonde as possible!). This is the best purple shampoo I have used so far!!! I will continue to purchase this one! I do recommend to only use purple shampoo once a week though or else it can stain your roots purple(it has happened with other purple shampoo before). It’s used to tone your hair and get the yellow pigment out.
4P is a highly pigmented toning shampoo. It has a deep purple hue that also contains Olaplex’s patent ingredient BDD. If your hair is on the porous side, I would suggest diluting this shampoo with your regular shampoo the using as it can over deposit.

Top quality
Olaplex No. 4P Blonde Enhancing Toner Shampoo is used and recommended by my hairdresser for the blonde in my daughters hair, I feel like it adds strength to hair and leaves it looking healthier and brilliant without brassiness in sight. Would recommend.
I only use purple shampoo as I want to protect my hair colour. I have been using it and it helps to maintain my colour and refresh it over time. Sometimes I leave it in a little longer than I need to for extra vibrance.
