Weaker than Tea
The big problem with Hot C. is finding one that is thick and creamy as advertised. This one is but you have to use upwards of 6 teaspoons of the product in a cup to achieve that thickness that makes Hot C. what it is. I found the product chalky tasting and weaker than tea which is not great tasting.

Okay, I have been using this specifically type of nestle carnation hot chocolate for years, my daughters and I love this a lot, honestly, it's pretty much what you'd expect. It's a decent, no-frills hot chocolate. It's definitely convenient – just mix with hot water or milk. It's not super rich or decadent, but it's warm, chocolatey, and does the job when you just want a quick, easy treat. If you're looking for something super fancy or gourmet, this isn't it. But if you want a simple, classic hot chocolate without any fuss, Carnation Simply is a solid option. It's good for a quick warm-up on a cold day, especially if you're not in the mood to make it from scratch. Downside is, it is now expensive.

Tasty and Simple Ingredients
I have bought the Costco sized container as like the taste if it and we go through it alot at the trailer. Just 5 simple ingredients makes me feel good about drinking. Not too sweet. Could have a bit more chocolate flavour though.

Happiness in a cup
We love this hot chocolate powder and the fact that it only has 5 ingredients makes us much likelier to allow kids to drink it as well. It has a good price point. I prefer the individual packages so we can take on the go!

My kids love this hot chocolate mix. We get it at our local Costco. Pro tip use a milk frother and warmer to heat milk then add the mix and it makes the best hot chocolate. My kids love this as a treat when it’s cold outside!

A classic for the holidays!
This has been a classic around the holidays growing up. It is easy to make and always tastes great whether made with milk or water. I have it 4 stars because I now prefer to make my own but it’s nice to have once in a while.

This is hands down without a doubt the best mix. Rich and creamy taste, less can be more for those without a sweet tooth or if you’re like me shovel those spoonfuls in because you won’t be able to get enough.

Decent for price
The simple ingredients provide a basic hot chocolate drink. It does not compare to gourmet mixes but does the job at a fair price point. I find this mix is even better when made with milk instead of water.
